With the Poppstar air hose reel twisted or knotted hoses are a thing of the
past. Thanks to the auto rewind mechanism the hose can be rolled up quickly
and neatly after use. The metal mounting bracket allows for an easy
installation and a rotation of the reel up to 180°. As the air hose reel comes
pre-assembled, you can immediately put it into operation.
The delivery contains 1 air hose reel with a mounting bracket, 2 dowels, and 2
screws.

Check package contents for completeness.

Use the metal mounting bracket of the air hose reel as a drilling template and mark the positions of the screw holes on the wall or ceiling.
Please note: If the air hose reel is mounted to a wall, we recommend keeping a minimum distance of 80 cm between the metal mounting bracket and the floor. If the air hose reel is mounted to a ceiling, we recommend a ceiling height of 2,5 m. -
Drill two M6 holes.

Fix the metal mounting bracket to the wall or ceiling with the dowels and screws provided.
Please note: The dowels and screws are suitable for brickwork. If you like to mount the air hose reel to a different carrier material, please use appropriate mounting screws. -
Connect the inlet hose to the quick connector of your compressor.

Now pull the outlet hose until you reach the required length. The hose has 2-3 locking positions per meter.
Please note: Please stop pulling the hose if it has been completely unrolled from the reel. -
Connect the outlet hose to the connector of your pneumatic tool.

To roll up again the outlet hose after use, please release the locking mechanism with a short tug and let the hose roll up in a controlled manner.
Please note: If the hose does not retract automatically, hold the hose at the yellow warning mark and pull it jerkily until it retracts.
Safety advice
- Do not use the air hose reel if it has visible damage.
- Put the air hose reel in operation only after it has been mounted to a wall or ceiling.
- Never attempt to modify the device.
- The air hose reel is only intended for use with compressed air. It is not designed to be operated with liquids or combustible gases.
- The air hose reel must be operated with a compressor. It is not permitted to use compressed-air cylinders.
- Never operate the device at a pressure that exceeds the bursting pressure of the air hose reel or the maximum permissible air pressure of the pneumatic tools connected.
- Do not let roll up the hose in an uncontrolled manner, mapping air hoses may cause injuries.
- Protect the air hose against oil, sharp edges, and high temperatures.
- Please keep the device away from children.
