INSTALLATION

  • After unpacking, carefully check the machine for damage during transport, then remove the accessory, and wipe the ice bucket with a clean damp cloth.
  • This series of machines should be placed in the air circulation of clean places, not open to the ground, should not be exposed to direct sunlight and rain, and can not be placed near the heat source.
  • The ambient temperature of this series of machines should be no less than 3°C, not higher than 40°C, around the appropriate spacing should be retained to maximize the efficiency of ice and machine cooling.
Part Distance (cm)
Side 15
Back 20
Front 50
  •  When installing the ice machine, please check the front and rear directions level.
  • This series of machines is strictly prohibited to place the ice below the freezing point of ice, otherwise, it will produce serious failure.

Installation of Power

  • The power supply should be the same as that on the machine nameplate (220 V / 50 Hz or 380 V / 50 Hz).
  • The power plug should be plugged directly into a power outlet with a ground wire and not on a temporary terminal block. All lines must meet national or regional standards.
  • The voltage fluctuation must not exceed ± 10% of the rated voltage, otherwise, the regulator should be installed.
  • The grounding of this series must meet the electrical standard.

Installation of water systems

  • The water supplied to the ice machine must meet the criteria for local drinking water.
  • The water supplied to the ice machine must be connected to the filter in order to improve the drinking standards for water. Please do not directly connect to tap water, due to water quality caused by ice-making failure, I do not assume responsibility for maintenance.
  • Drain interface, please connect the water pipe to the water into the water

BEFORE FIRST USE

  • Check whether the ice machine is horizontal.
  • Check whether the plug is plugged in, and the water pipe is connected correctly.
  • Check whether the power supply is consistent with the machine nameplate.
  • Check whether the ambient temperature and water temperature of the ice machine are within the indicated range.
  • The automatic water supply device is normal, the water tank is reasonable water storage (the machine has been adjusted when the factory water level, the user may not make corrections)

CONTROL PANEL AND BUTTON FUNCTIONS

OPERATION

  1. Plug in the power, click the ice machine key, and the ice maker starts running.

  2. The supply electro valve will open and the water level float will float with water when the water reaches the required water level the supply electro valve will turn off,
and the machine will start the cleaning process, cleaning is completed it enters the ice-making process automatically.

  3. When the ice thickness reaches the set thickness, the ice-free program starts, the solenoid valve starts to work, the pump stops working, the heat enters the evaporator, and the ice falls in about 1.5 minutes. When the ice falls the dam-board will turn over and turn on the magnetic reed switch . When the magnetic reed switch is closed the machine will start the ice making again. When the reed switch is closed, the machine enters the ice-making process again.

  4. The compressor will not stop during the ice-making and ice removing process.
    5. When the ice bucket is full of ice, the reed switch can not be automatically closed, the machine automatically stops working, when taking enough ice, the reed switch is eclosed, the delay after 3 minutes the machine starts, re-enter the ice process.

Ice thickness adjustment

  1. Press and hold the (+) button for 3 seconds to enter the settings. When the temperature indicator flashes, use the (+) or (-) button to adjust the thickness of the ice. Then press the (+) button to display the number of minutes. Each time you press (+) again, the time is increased by 1 minute. The maximum time that can be set is 25 minutes in addition to the preset ice preparation time. The time is reduced by 1 minute each time the (-) button is pressed again. The maximum time that can be set is -9 minutes and is subtracted from the preset ice preparation time. Increase the time for thicker ice cubes and reduce it for thin ice cubes.
  2. When the ice has been discarded and the new cycle starts, the values you have just set are automatically taken over.

Switching the light on/off
Press and hold the – button for 3 seconds to turn on the lights and press the button to turn off the lights again for 3 seconds.

Planned switch-on

  1. In standby mode, press the TIMING button. „Timed“ lights up and the remaining time until power on is displayed in hours.
  2. Press the +/ – buttons to adjust the remaining time until the power is turned on.
  3. Press the TIMING button again to deactivate the scheduled power-on.

Scheduled shutdown

  1. In ice-making mode, press the TIMING button. The „Timed“ display is illuminated and shows the remaining ice production time in hours.
  2. Adjust the remaining time by pressing the +/ – buttons.
  3. Press the TIMING button again to deactivate the automatic shutoff.

Full ice container

  1. When the ice container is full, no additional ice can get in and the machine switches off automatically.
  2. After the ice has been removed from the container, it takes 3 minutes for the machine to restart automatically.

Note: As a result of voltage and pressure fluctuations caused by the ice machine stops, the icefall can be delayed. Only after 5 minutes switch off the power supply and then test the machine. Due to changes in the water temperature and the ambient temperature, it may happen that ice cants in the container. Turn off the unit for 10 minutes and then turn it on again.

CLEANING AND CARE

Cleansing function

  1. Press the CLEANING button for 3 seconds in standby mode. The unit switches to the cleaning mode, the water valve opens, the water level rises to the required level, the pump opens. The cleaning time is 30 minutes, the time flashes on the screen. After cleaning is completed, the water valve opens again to ensure the required water level. The device then returns to standby mode.
  2. During the ice-making process, the machine goes through 10 cycles before cleaning for 20 seconds (the cleaning interval may vary on some models).

Cleaning the surfaces of the unit

  1. Clean the unit with a soft cloth and a neutral soap solution. Then rub it dry with a soft cloth.
  2. Stubborn stains can be removed with stainless steel wool. Do not use conventional steel wool or sandpaper as this could scratch the surface of the unit.

Condenser maintenance

  1. Clean the condenser regularly, otherwise, ice production will decrease and the unit may fail.
  2. Clean the filter every 1-2 months with a neutral soapy water solution or detergent and remove dust accumulations.
  3. Clean the heat sink of the condenser from top to bottom with a soft brush. Make sure that the heat sink is not bent.
  4. If there is oil in the heat sink of the condenser, you can use a special cleaning agent.
  5. The condenser should be replaced at least every six months and replace all components correctly after cleaning.

Note: Make sure that the water supply is interrupted during cleaning and that the unit is disconnected from the power supply.

Cleaning and disinfection of the ice container
Clean and disinfect the evaporator, ice grid, ice container, and other equipment components regularly to ensure that your equipment meets food requirements and standards.
