Product Information
The Clear View 1/4 Inch Seam Foot is a compatible accessory for sewing machines with a maximum stitch width of 9mm. It is specifically designed for use with the straight stitch needle plate in the center needle drop position. The foot is compatible with the following models: 900, 860, 850, 780, 770, 760PRO, 760, 730PRO, 730, and 680(+). The reference number for this foot is 202-239-002.
Product Usage Instructions
- Ensure that the Lockout key is pressed when replacing the foot or attaching a binder. If your machine does not have a Lockout key, turn off the power switch when attaching or detaching the foot and binder. Refer to your machine’s instruction manual for more information on accessory attachment and removal.
- Set your machine to the following settings:
- Stitch pattern: Piecing stitch (center needle position)
- Needle plate: Straight stitch needle plate
- To sew using the Clear View 1/4 Inch Seam Foot:
- Place your fabric under the foot, aligning the edge with the 1/4 inch guide on the foot.
- Select the desired stitch pattern on your machine.
- Start sewing, ensuring that the needle is in the center needle position.

Caution
Make sure to press the Lockout key when replacing the foot or attaching a
binder. For models without the Lockout key, turn the power switch off when
attaching and detaching the foot and binder. Please refer to your machine’s
instruction manual for accessory attachment and removal information.

To Sew:
Place the fabric matching the side edge next to the guide «1». Lower the foot
and sew while guiding the fabric edge along the guide «1».
