SAFETY INSTRCUTIONS

  •  Connect to a main power supplier of 220-240V~ 50-60 Hz only.
  •  Keep the appliance and cable away from sources of heat, sharp objects or anything that may cause damage.
  •  Do not place the cord under carpets. Do not cover the cord with small clothes, shirts or other similar elements. Place the cord away from traffic areas in order to avoid any risk of tripping over.
  •  Do not operate the appliance if the cable or plug damaged.
  •  If the supply cord is damaged, it must be replaced by the manufacturer, its service agent or similarly qualified persons in order to avoid a hazard.
  •  Indoor use only.
  •  Do not cover the machine during using.
  •  Always operate on a stable flat horizontal surface.
  •  Ensure the appliance is switched OFF before connecting to the mains power supply.
  •  Always ensure that hands are dry before operating or adjusting any switch on the product or touching the plug and mains supply connections.
  •  Do not leave this appliance unattended when it’s in use. Turn off and disconnect the appliance when you leave the room for an extended period.
  •  Switch off the appliance and unplug from the mains socket when not in use, before filling, cleaning or other maintain.
  •  To disconnect the appliance, switch it “OFF”, and then remove the plug from outlet. Do not pull the cord to disconnect the plug.
  •  This appliance can be used by children aged from 8 years and above and persons with reduced physical, sensory or mental capabilities or lack of experience and knowledge if they have been given

  •  Use the appliance only as described in this manual.
  •  Do not insert your fingers in the openings of the guard.
  •  Do not leave hair, tissue, tablecloths, clothes or curtains near all openings of the fan, they could be sucked into the fan and be taken within the internal moving parts that could cause injury or damage.
  •  Do not use the appliance in wet or damp locations such as bathrooms.
  •  Do not operate the appliance when it’s not mounted on its wheels or if it’s lying on the side.
  •  Make sure the cord is completely extended before use.
  •  Place the appliance on a flat horizontal surface. It must not be at an incline during use.
  •  When in operation, evaporative coolers moisturize the ambient air. Over-humidification of residential rooms should be avoided. Recommendation: 40 – 50 % relative humidity. (Excessive humidity of the air can damage the home and cause health problems.)
  •  The appliance may only be set up on water- and moisture-proof flooring materials (spilling some drops of water is unavoidable when the content of the tank is changed).
  •  With each and every change of tank content, completely remove residual water from the equipment. To prevent nucleation, remove residual water from the equipment and water tank every time after three days of use.

OPERATION AND FUNCTIONS

Getting Started

When using the appliance, make sure that it is on a flat and stable surface. Damage may occur if it is placed on an incline or decline.

  1. 1 Pull out the water tank 2 Add the water into this
  2. part of the water tank.
  3.  Add the ice into this part of the water tank.

Operation

  1.  Insert the power plug into a standard AC socket-outlet; be sure the plug fits tightly  into the outlet.
  2.  Press the “ON/OFF” button to switch on the equipment. Air will be blown out at medium speed, and then to low speed; press the button again to switch off the equipment.
  3.  Press the “SPEED” button to set the fan speed in the following order: Medium-High- Low-Medium. The LED lights will light up accordingly.
  4.  Press the “MODE” button to select desired wind mode, NATURE→ SLEEP→ NORMAL→NATURE in turn. The corresponding wind mode indicator will be displayed by only Nature ( ) and Sleep

Normal Mode
It works as per the selected fan speed (HIGH, MID, LOW).

Natural Mode
Natural settings are high, medium or low depending on fan speed selected. The speeds are graphically described below:

Low Natural Wind :
The wind settings will repeat the following 76 seconds wind cycle with Low speed being the most common.

Medium Natural Wind:
The wind settings will repeat the following 76 seconds wind cycle with Medium speed being the mosta common.

High Natural Wind:
The wind settings will repeat the following 76 seconds wind cycle with high speed being the most common.

SLEEP Mode
The “Sleep Wind“ allows you to set the product so that the speed will decrease gradually from a high speed to low (depending on the original fan speed selected by the user). The preset programming for each setting is as follows:

  •  If it is selected HIGH, the unit will work under HIGH NORMAL wind mode for half an hour, then revert to work under MID NORMAL wind mode for half an hour and then revert to LOW NORMAL wind mode.
  •  If it is selected MID, the unit will work under MID NORMAL wind mode for half an hour and then revert to LOW NORMAL wind mode.
  •  If it is selected LOW, the unit will work under LOW NORMAL wind mode.

OSC Function
Press the “OSC” button, the vertical blades will swing automatically back and forth, and the swing symbol LED light will light up; press the button again to switch off this function. The horizontal blades can be adjusted by hand.

Timer Function
Press the “TIMER” button to limit the ON time from 1-8 hours. The LED display will light up the digital. Note: All the above mentioned modes and functions can be set using the supplied remote control, the remote control requires one battery CR2032 (included). Make sure the poles are not reversed when you insert the batteries.

COOL Function
Press the COOL button to start the pump. Press the button again to stop the pump. If the sensor detects a lack of water, it briefly stops the pump and then restarts it to eliminate sensor failure. If he continues to register a lack of water, he stops the pump, an alarm sounds and the COOL indicator goes off.

Drying Function
Press the “TIMER” button 3seconds, start to filter air drying, the pump stops working, it works on HIGH speed for 20 minutes to stop working. When the filter drying, there is only “ON/OFF” button can operate, others are invalid.

Stop the Unit
To turn off the unit just press the button OFF. To completely shut the unit off, turn all the controls to OFF, and remove plug from the socket-outlet.

CARE AND CLEANING

Note: Always disconnect from main socket before cleaning the unit or air filter.

  •  Avoid contact with moving parts.
  •  Use only a soft and damp cloth to clean the unit.
  •  Do not clean the unit by spraying it or immersing it in water or any other liquids and never allow water to drip into the housing.
  •  Do not use gasoline, paint thinner or other chemicals to clean the unit.
  •  Ensure that the unit is switched off from the main socket before removing. Don’t lift or move by pushing the unit to prevent it from leaking. Always empty the water tank and move the unit slowly. Be careful not to knock the unit over!
  •  Do not leave/store with water inside. Store the appliance in its original box or cover the unit to protect it from dust in a dry place if it is not being used for a long period of time.

Cleaning the Filtration Mesh
This is easily accessible by removing the rear plate and removing the filter. It is recommended that you clean the air filters every two months (more often if visibly soiled). Built up dust on the filter will decrease the airflow volume.

  1.  Remove the plug from the wall outlet.
  2.  Press down and pull out the filtration mesh.
  3.  Clean the filtration mesh with mild detergent and soft brush.
  4.  Make sure the filtration mesh is completed dry before installing.

Cleaning the Water Tank

  1.  Remove the plug from the wall outlet.
  2.  Pull out the water tank.
  3.  Clean the water tank with mild detergent and soft brush.
  4.  Pull the water tank in place after cleaning.

TROUBLESHOOTING

  •  Before first use, pull the battery protection film from the remote control.
  •  The function buttons on the remote control correspond to the touch sensor buttons on the control panel of the fan.
  •  Should the included battery run out of power, insert a new CR2032 battery. Regard the indicated polarity. In this context, regard the depiction given below. Should you not use the remote control for longer periods of time, please remove the battery and
  •  store it separately. This will increase battery life.
  •  The operating range of the remote control is up to 4 meters. Not pointing the remote control directly to wards the receiver, meaning towards the centre of the display, will reduce operating range resp. cause the fan to cease responding to the signals of the remote control.
  •  Ensure that there are no obstacles between the remote control and the receiver.
  •  Keep the remote control safe, it must not fall or break.
