MB QUART MBQG-RAD-1 Polaris General Tuned System
Dash Disassembly
-
Remove hood by turning two latches
-
Remove seven push clips from front of dash
-
Remove top two push pins from driver and passenger door opening
-
Lift front of dash at eight locations with Bojo tool
-
Remove upper pocket assembly
Radio Install
-
Install two double threaded bolts in back of radio with 7mm wrench
-
Place radio and dash kit from the front side of the dash
-
Position rear bracket and looselyinstall the two nuts on back of radio
Loosely install four High-Low threadforming screws with a T25T or
Position radio in opening movingleft and right and up, and down, once happy, tighten the nuts on the back of the radio with a 7mm wrench and T25 Torx on the bracket.
Reassembly

Install top of dash, snapping eight push clips on front of dash

Install six push pins on front of dash

Install hood
