Instructions for Use

ON/OFF

Press ON/OFF button for 3s to turn on or off.
When turning on, green LED turns on one by one around and gives a prompt tone.
When turning off, red LED turns off one by one around and gives a prompt tone.

Wait for connection

After turning on, if no device connects to Hi-Meet device, the yellow LED glitters.

Connect to Hi-Meet device
Connect via mobile phone or computer blue-tooth

Turn on the blue-tooth on mobile phone or computer, select Hi-Meet blue-tooth name and connect; after connection, the green LED glitters three times, then it shifts to colorful LED display, and gives a prompt tone.

Connect Hi-Meet with USB port of computer

Connect Hi-Meet to computer with USB cable, press audio source switch button, switch to USB connection, after successful connection, the blue LED glitters three times and then Light on with blue.

At lower right corner of computer screen, right click the speaker icon to choose audio device, set Hi-Meet device as the playing and recording device.

Volume adjustment

Press Volume or Volume button to adjust volume accordingly, LED indicates the volume level.

Answer/Hang Up

When there is incoming call, press to answer; then press again to hang up.

Mic Mute

When answering phone, press Mic Mute button to disable audio input of mic.

Audio source switch

When blue-tooth and USB audio card are both connected, press audio source button to switch between blue-tooth or USB audio card.
Under blue-tooth connection, the green LED glitters three times; under USB audio card connection, the blue LED glitters three times.
Under USB audio card mode, the colorful LED is off.

Earphone or external speaker output

Insert 3.5MM or speaker cable into AUX OUT audio, Hi-Meet device automatically switches to AUX OUT audio port and the built-in speaker is mute.

Turn off colorful LED

When blue-tooth is connected, hold and button together for 2s to turn off colorful LED; the colorful LED function can be resumed by rebooting the speaker.

Battery indication

Short press ON/OFF button, the green LED indicates battery status.

Low battery prompt

When battery is lower than 10%, it gives low battery alarm every 5 minutes till the auto power-off when the battery is drained.

Auto power-off

When blue-tooth is connected, it automatically turns off if there isn’t audio input for 30 minutes.

Troubleshooting

NOTES:

  1. For protecting environment, please put the discarded product into designated garbage bin, do not dump at will;
  2. Do not keep battery in the environment with a temperature higher than 80°C.
  3. Keep the entire machine and accessories away from rain, water or fall.
  4. Keep the MIC pick-up hole free of any foreign matter.
  5. The product is only suitable for regions with an elevation below 2000m.
