FAQ

  1. The unit does not turn on/off. The reason for this behaviour may be a permanent power source in the cigarette lighter socket.
  2. The unit restarts while driving. It is recommended to check the power source.
  3. The device does not record in a loop (it records randomly). Check the setting of the „motion detection” function – it should be switched off.
  4. The device shows the message „card full”. Check the „G-sensor” and „par-king mode” functions and set them to minimum. The card must be format-ted in FAT32 format first in the computer and then in the recorder.
  5. The device records noisy, distorted, unclear sound. The device has a very sensitive microphone which records all ambient noises. Recorded sounds may overlap. Windscreen air intake may also distort the sound.
  6. The device does not respond. Briefly press the RESET button or restore the device to factory settings.
  7. Cross stripes appear on the video. Incorrect setting of the frame rate value. Set the frequency value to 50Hz or 60Hz depending on local settings.

NOTE

  1. Due to continuous product improvement, the manufacturer reserves the right to make changes to the device and its kit without prior notice. Some functions described in this manual may differ slightly from reality.
  2. Use only the original charger with a charging current of 5V/2A. (Do not connect directly to a 220/230V outlet). Failure to do so may cause damage to the camera or lead to dangerous situations.
  3. If the device has the Parking Mode function: Parking Mode works only on direct battery power or battery power (if the device has it). It consists in the fact that when the device detects a shock (depending on the set sensitivity of the sensor), the camera starts and records the event, then turns off, this allows the device to remain in standby mode as long as possible. Recordings from parking mode may be of lower quality due to the lower frame rate characteristic of the mode. The manufacturer does not take responsibility for not recording any damage caused while using the Parking Mode.
