Note: Please Remove Protective Films On Earbuds Before Using It.

OVERVIEW

POWER ON/ OFF

Auto Power On
When opening the lid of charging case, the earbuds will automatically turn on and start pairing

Note: If the charging case is in low battery states, the earbuds won’t turn on automatically when you open the charging case.

Auto Power Off
Put the earbuds back in the charging case and close the case to turn them off.

Note: If the charging case is in low battery status, the earbuds won’t power off automatically after you close the case.

Manual Power On
If the earbuds are not in the charging case, press and hold the MFB of each earbud for 2 seconds to power them on.

Manual Power Off
If the earbuds are not in the charging case, just press and hold the MFB of either earbud for 5 seconds to power them off.

Note:
Can’t be conducted during music playing or calling. The earbuds will automatically power off in 5 mins when there is no device connected.

BLUETOOTH CONNECTION

  1. pen the lid of the Charging Case, two earbuds will automatically power on and enter pairing mode. (At this time, the LED indicator of the master earbud flashes red and blue alternately, and the LED indicator of vice earbud flashes blue slowly.)
  2. Activate the Bluetooth setting on your phone, search and connect “T69” (Once connected, you will hear a voice prompt “connected” and the LED indicators of both earbuds go off.)

Note:
The earbud will reconnect to the last paired device by priority. If you want to pair to the second smartphone, please disconnect bluetooth on the previous device.

RESET

When should I reset?

  • When only one side play music.
  • When you can’ t use the two earbuds together.
  • When both earbuds fail to pair with each other or occur connection related issues, etc.

How to reset?
Delete all “T69” from the Bluetooth menu on your phone and deactivate the Bluetooth setting. Take out both earbuds from charging case, wait still one earbud flashes red and blue alternately and another earbud flashes blue slowly.
Tap either earbud 6 times quickly, earbuds will turn off with voice prompt “power off”. Reset done. Put earbuds back into the charging case, and take earbuds out again, now turn on the phone’ Bluetooth and choose T69.

Note:
After resetting, the previous pairing record between the earbuds and all your devices will be cleared. In case there is any unsuccessful message in your devices, please consider to delete historical record of T69, and try the pairing process again.

HOW TO WEAR?

For earbuds to effectively transmit sound, they need to be lodged in your ear. Please place the earbuds snugly into your ear correctly in a comfortable way.

Note:
Volume adjustment is only conducted in stereo mode (both ears mode) during playing music, can’t be conducted in mono mode (single ear mode).

CHARGING

Charging the Earbuds
Put the earbuds into the charging case and close the case, they will power off & be charged automatically. The earbud charging status display has 4 grids lights. If the earbud is in charging state, flashes from Ist t 4th grid light repeatedly. If the earbud is fully charged, 4 grids lights will turn oft.

Charging the Charging Case
Method 1: Wired Charging Please use 5V/1A adaptor to charge the charging case, which can be charged with a computer USB OR other USB interface charger T69-True-Wireless-Earbuds-FIG-13

When the case is charging, the ones place of the digital power display flashes, and tens place keeps on. Once the case IS Tuly charged, the ones place keeps on together with the tens place, if we disconnect the external power supply of the case, the power display will go off after 10seconds.

Method2: Wireless Charging If the charging case doesn’t start to charge, please try to reposition it. (Wireless Charging Pad Not Included)

Note:
Please don’t use wireless charging when the charging case power goes down to 0%. For the charging case, wireless charging function is only workable based on more than 1% power.

PRODUCT MAINTENANCE

  1. Never dismantle or refit the product to avoid malfunction or fire hazards.
  2. Keep away from corrosive liquids to avoid damage to the product.
  3.  Keep away from extreme ambient temperatures below-10-Cor above 60-C.
  4. Keep away from children and
  5. Never touch the earphone with sharp objects, otherwise it will easily cause scratches.
  6. Don’t use the product in thunderstorm weather to avoid malfunction or electric shock.
  7. If it has not been used for more than 1 week, please charge and maintain it in time to ensure that it is safe.
  8. If the charging case is excessively discharged, the led display won’t show immediately during charging.Please keep waiting for 15 minutes, the led display will show later.
  9. After using a period time, the earbuds don’t charge or even can’t turn on, you can handle this problem by using an alcohol rag to clean charging contacts and charging pins.
  10. If there is no sound from one earbud, you need to check if the phone & earbud volume is too low. If the phone & earbuds volume is normal, you need to reset the earbuds.
