Wearing method
lift the compartment cover up, take out the right-side earphone, and gently put it into ear canal, Wear the same way as the right ear.
Operation
Power on
- Open the charging box, the headsets would turn on automatically, blue light flashes.
- When the headset is off, touch the headset touchpad for 3 seconds to turn on.
Power off
- Close the lid and replace the earphones in the charging compartment. The earphones will be charged and turned off.
- When the headset is turned on, press the touchpad for 5 seconds to turn it off.
Switch the language between Chinese and English: Double-click the touch button while 2 earbuds are connected to each other and aired with a mobile phone.
Binaural pairing connection
- When you open the charging compartment cover, the headset turns on automatically, the blue light flashes, and it enters the pairing state. One of the headset lights will be off, indicating that the pairing is successful.
- Turn on the phone’s Bluetooth, search for G20 to pair, when you hear “connected”, the pairing is successful.
Note
- if the connection fails, place the headset back into the charging compartment and repeat the preceding steps.
- If you move away from the device while it is connected, the headset will automatically enter the back-connecting mode. If the connection is not established within 3 minutes, the headset will automatically shut down.
Charging display
Charging the charging case
- The LED display on the charging base shows the percent of battery power.
- The LED display flashes and shows the battery power-the charging base is on charging.
- The LED display is always on and shows number 99- the charging base is fully charged.
Charging for the earbuds
- The LED display of the charging base is always on and shows the battery power the earbuds are on charging.
- The LED display of the charging base is off-the earbuds are fully charged.
Binaural touch operation
Game mode
When the device is connected, tap the left or right side earphone’s trackpad3 times to switch the game mode or music mode.
F&Q
Q: If unable to connect the headset to the phone?
- Answer: Delete the paired G20 on the phone, and try pairing again.
Q: Why is there no sound when listening to songs/calls?
- Answer: Android phones have a setting icon on the right side of the phone connection record. Click to enter, uncheck the two audio options and select again. When setting the general auxiliary function of the Apple phone, enter the audio call mode and select it automatically. If it is automatic, There are more other options, and then change to automatic, if not restored, delete the pairing record and try to connect again.
Precautions
- Please use a charger with safety certification from a regular source for charging.
- Adjust the volume appropriately when using headphones to avoid hearing damage.
- Use the product correctly to avoid falling or heavy squeezing
- Children should use it when accompanied by an adult to avoid accidental ingestion.
- Keep away from extreme environments such as high temperatures or humidity.
- Do not disassemble this product.
