INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE

Remove all the packing material and take out the appliance with its accessories. Remove all possible adhesive films, stickers or paper from the appliance. Before the first using the appliance wash all the parts that will come into contact with foodstuffs in warm water with detergent, rinse thoroughly with clean water and wipe dry. After the appliance cools down, swipe the parts that come in contact with food with a soft, wet and clean cloth or a paper towel (see par. MAINTENANCE). Whenever working with the appliance do not forget to put the antiskid pad D under the glass vessel. Possible short-time mild smoke when the appliance is operated for the first time is not a defect and the appliance is not subject to a complaint for this reason.

Switch (A1)
When working, hold with one hand the driving unit and press the switch with the other hand. Maximum time of continuous operation is 30 seconds, after keep a pause for 2 minutes, which is necessary to cool down the driving unit. While processing, we recommend using the pulses of operation. One pulse is 5 seconds at maximum. Process the foodstuffs as long till you will be satisfied with the result.

Security device (A2)
It would prevent the operation of the appliance if accessories E cover B and the driving unit A were not correctly set upon the vessel or it would stop the appliance if the driving unit A was removed from the vessel during the operation.

Sickle-shaped knife (E)
Be careful, the blades of the knife are very sharp! Do not use the knife for processing washy pastes! The knife is designed for cutting (grinding), mixing all kinds of fruit, vegetables, meat and preparing purées. Seize the knife E for its upper plastic part, take off the protective cover and insert the knife to central shaft C1 inside vessel C. Give the foodstuffs in the vessel. Put cover B upon the vessel. Insert the driving unit A to cover B so that it locked in the cover. By pressing switch A1 the appliance starts to run.

Recommendation

Cut the big pieces of foodstuffs into cubes of dimension at about 3 x 3 x 3 cm. Do not chop/grind frozen meat. When processing hard cheese, work only for a short time. During long work the cheese could become warm and get lumped. Never use the sickle-shaped knife to cut materials like coffee beans or ice cubes! The knife would unnecessarily get blunt soon. If it is necessary, stop the work, switch off the appliance and remove the foodstuffs, which stuck on the knife or on the walls of the vessel (see the section SECURITY ADVICE). Here are some examples of processing, which can serve as an inspiration. Their goal is not to give instructions but to show various possibilities to process the foodstuffs. Times of processing are given in seconds. HYUNDAI-HYUCHO-160

Before any maintenance and cleaning disconnect the appliance from electric power supply by pulling out the plug from the socket! Do not use rough and aggressive detergents! Clean the driving unit with damp wiper with detergent. Wash other used accessories in warm water with detergent (you can use the dishwasher). When cleaning the sickle-shaped knife, work very carefully. Pay attention that the cutting edges of the knife do not come in contact with hard objects which blunt them and thus their effectiveness is decreased. Some ingredients can stain the accessories in a certain way. However, it has no effect to the operation of the appliance and such staining disappears during a certain time. Never dry the molded plastic pieces beyond the heat sources (e.g. stove, kitchen stove, radiator).
