Product Overview

Thank you for choosing the 20000mAh Redmi 18W Fast Charge Power Bank. This high-capacity power bank features a high-quality lithium polymer baery and a charging and discharging chip with excellent performance in superior safety, efficiency, and compatibility.

Notes:
The battery level check buon is not a power button. The power bank automatically detects charging and discharging.
The power indicator turns off after about 2 minutes of being fully discharged.

Safety: The power bank has multiple safeguard technologies to prevent overcharging, over-discharging, overheating, and short circuit in any working conditions.

Fast Charging: The power bank supports 5.1 V/2.4 A, 9 V/2 A and 12 V/1.5 A using a USB-A cable. The maximum output power is 18 W when charging the devices simultaneously using dual output ports.

Compatibility: Built-in smart USB charge controller, compatible with most smartphones, tablets, and devices.
Quality: High-quality lithium polymer battery and durable charging and discharging chip.

Charging

Connect a Mi power adapter to the power bank via USB-C or Micro-USB port to charge. The indicator shows the following charging conditions:

Discharging

The 20000 mAh Redmi 18W Fast Charge Power Bank uses a USB-A Port for charging other devices. The indicator shows the following charging conditions:

Low-current Discharge: When the power bank is not charging, double press the battery level check buon to enter low-current discharge mode. In this mode, it can be used for charging small devices such as Bluetooth headsets and smart bands, and the indicators will be lit on one by one. To exit the low- current discharge mode, press the battery level check button. The device will automatically exit this mode after two hours.

Warning

Improper use may result in battery failure, overheating, or even fire or explosion. In
order to avoid harm to your personal safety and property, please keep and use this product strictly in accordance with the following requirements:

• This product is not a toy. Please keep it out of reach of children at all times to avoid accidents.
• Make sure the charger for the power bank complies with local safety standards to prevent electric shock and baery damage.
• Do not press, strike, drop, or subject the device to strong vibrations, or expose it to liquid, as any of these actions could short circuit or damage the baery or circuit. If this happens, stop using the device immediately and dispose of it properly.
• If the device becomes swollen, deformed, begins to leak, or its capacity is significantly reduced, please stop using it immediately and dispose of it properly.
• Do not charge or discharge this product in a clothing pocket, closed bag, or on a bed or sofa or in any other place which could hinder its heat dissipation. Make sure the product is not covered by clothing, pillows, bedding, or other items while charging or discharging. When charging other devices such as mobile phones for a long period of time, do not stack this product with other such devices in order to ensure optimal heat dissipation of all devices.
• Do not dismantle, crush, puncture, or short circuit the product or expose it to liquids, fire, heat sources such as stoves, heaters, or an environment with an ambient temperature higher than 60°C (140°F).
• Do not leave this product in a car outdoors or other place with sun exposure during hot weather.
• This product contains a lithium polymer baery. To prevent baery damage and other safety hazards, never open the product case.

Precautions

• Please make sure to fully charge the product on its first use.
• Use an appropriate charger and USB cable (Mi brand products are recommended) to charge the power bank and other devices.
• Do not leave this product unattended while charging, and remove it from the power supply before going out or leaving it unattended for a long time.
• Once this product is fully charged, or after it is used to fully charge another device, unplug the charging cable in a timely manner to prevent damage.
• If there is no power indication after the buon is pressed, the product may be in its protection state. To restore it, try connecting the device to an external charger.
• When not using this product for a long time, keep its power level at about 25% to 50% and store it in a cool, dry environment. To extend battery life, avoid storing this product at full or no power for long periods of time.
