Thank you for purchasing the FontaFit Teso. Please read the operating instruction carefully and follow the instructions and notes to get the most out of your Fitness Bracelet.

Getting started
Charging the battery
The FontaFit Teso is equipped with a rechargeable Lithium-Polymer battery.
Fully charge the FontaFit Teso prior to putting the device into operation for
the first time. For this purpose, please use the attached charger. Connect the
Teso with a magnetic Charger unit, in that way, that the pins of the charger
unit and the Teso are in contact (fig.1). and the built in Magnet holds the
Charger unit on the Teso charger Port. The charging unit can be connected to
any USB-A power source or the USB-A port of a Computer with 5 VDC and minimum
a current of 300 mA. Connect the USB cable to a USB power source; the battery
symbol will show up and the battery will be charged. The usual charging time
is 2.5 hours. The display will indicate, once the battery is fully charged.
Installing the app
Download and install the “FontaFit Pro” app by scanning the QR code or follow

Note: The Android app requires Android 4.4 or later. The iOS app requires
iOS 9 or later.

Switching on/off
Turn it on: To turn on the Teso Fitness Watch, press and hold the side button for about 3 seconds. Turn it off: You can switch off Teso via the display in the menu item „Settings“ or press and hold the side button for around 3 seconds and confirm switch-off appear in the display.
Connecting and using the app
- Activate Bluetooth® on your smartphone.
- Start the FontaFit Pro app and enter your data such as gender, weight, etc.
- Switch on the Teso fitness watch, select „ADD“ in the FontaFit Pro app, and select the device from the list.
Note: Your Fontastic® Fitness watch Teso must be connected to your mobile
phone via the app (FontaFit Pro). Do not connect the fitness watch and your
smartphone directly via the Bluetooth® function of the smartphone.
If the pairing has already been made directly via Bluetooth® , Teso must first
be deleted from the Bluetooth® directory of connected devices on the
smartphone.
Pairing must be carried out via the FontaFit Pro App as described below.
Note:
- Only connect the device via the FontaFit Pro app and not via the Bluetooth® settings of the smartphone.
- The personal data is used to calculate the calorie consumption and distance correctly.
After successful connection, the date, time, and weather data are transferred from the smartphone to the Fitness watch.
The following functions among others can be activated by the app:
- Notifications: Here you can set which notifications are displayed on the Fitness Watch.
- Camera: Here you can use the Fitness Watch Teso as a shutter for the smartphone camera.
- Breath (breathing exercises for relaxation)
- Menstrual cycle reminder
- Alarm clock
- Hourly reminder
More information about steps, sleep, pulse, blood pressure, blood oxygen, sports activities, and the route recording is displayed by tapping on the respective menu in the app.
Display
FontaFit Teso has a touch-sensitive color display. The display can show the
date, time, connection to the smartphone, steps, sleep duration, pulse, blood
pressure, blood oxygen, weather, stopwatch, notifications, and much more.
Activating the submenu
Swipe down to in the man view to access frequently used functions.
Swipe right in the main view to access the message overview.
Swipe left in the main view to access steps, heart rate, training, and
stopwatch.
Swipe up in the main view to scroll through the menu.
By touching the desired menu item, you activate the menu.
Note: Use the button on the side to activate the display and return from
any submenu to the clock display interface. You can also use the button for
the stopwatch.
Watch face setting
You can choose between different watch faces. Press the side button until the
watch face appears on the display, then press the display for about 3 seconds.
Now you can choose
another watch face.
Tap on „Load more watch faces“ in the app, here you have the choice of
hundreds of watch faces, which you can install on the Teso. If you tap on a
watch face, it will be uploaded to the watch.
Steps
The step count, burned calories and distance are displayed.
Sleep
The determined sleep duration is displayed here if you wear the FontaFit Teso
while sleeping. Further data will be displayed in the app.
Note: The sleep analysis is active from 20:00 to 10:00. It is not
possible to record a sleep analysis during the day.
Pulse
Selecting this menu item starts the pulse measurement.
Blood pressure
Selecting this menu item starts the blood pressure measurement.
Blood oxygen
Selecting this menu item starts the measurement of blood oxygen saturation.
Please note: Wear the bracelet approx. 1cm above your wrist bone and make
sure it is close to your skin. Please note that other factors can lead to
measurement inaccuracies:
- Low blood circulation
- Tattoos
- Uneven or jerky movements
- Sunscreen and other lotions
- Dirty sensor
Note: By using optoelectronic pulse measurement (photoplethysmography),
in which your blood flow is detected by green LEDs and photodiodes, FontaFit
also displays values when the bracelet is worn too loosely or not worn at all.
For this reason, make sure that the wristband fits correctly when measuring
your heart rate.
Note: This is not a medical device: Data from the Step, pulse, blood
pressure and oxygen saturation functions are not intended to be used for
medical purposes.
Training
Some activities are pre-programmed in the Training menu. You can access the
submenu by touching the Training menu item. There you can activate different
sport activities by touching the corresponding submenu items.
Dynamic heart rate measurement is activated in Training mode. You can end
ongoing activities by pressing and holding the button. Confirm your selection.
Note: The recorded data is transferred to the FontaFit Pro app and can be
viewed there.
Route recording
A route recorder is an indispensable tool for runners, athletes, and tourists.
You can use it to record the routes you have covered with the GPS of your
mobile phone in the FontaFit Pro App. This function is started in the app, it
requires activation of the GPS function of the smartphone.
Note: Route recording is a function of the FontaFit Pro App and not the
fitness watch.
Notifications and incoming phone calls
Notifications or incoming calls are displayed directly on the Fontastic
Fitness watch Teso. In the messages menu, you can display the latest
notifications.
Note: In the smartphone settings you have to enable the notification of
the Teso Fitness Watch in the respective message app in advance.
Note: You can only connect one Fitness watch via the app. The use of
multiple Teso Fitness watches with one smartphone at the same time is not
supported.
Other menu items
If your Teso fitness watch is connected to your smartphone and within reach,
the following additional menu items are available:
- Current weather and 5-day weather forecast
- Disable vibration function
- Setting the backlight
- Setting Alarm
- Activity reminder
Safety advice:
- Do not open the device
- Do not use the device when it has visible defects.
- The device is water-resistant, not waterproof. Further information on water resistance can be found on our website www.fontastic.eu.
