Dear customer, thank you for purchasing our product. Please read the operating instructions carefully before putting the appliance into operation and keep these instructions including the warranty, the receipt, and, if possible, the box with the internal packing.

GENERAL SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS

  • This appliance must not be used by children. Keep the device and its supply cord out of reach of children. The device may be used by persons with reduced physical or mental abilities or lack of experience and knowledge only if they are under supervision or they have been instructed about using the appliance safely and understand the potential dangers. Children must not play with the appliance.
  • Before replacing accessories or accessible parts, which move during operation, before assembly and disassembly, and before cleaning or maintenance, turn off the appliance and disconnect it from the mains by pulling the power cord from the power socket!
  • Do not leave the appliance plugged into the power supply without supervision!
  • If the power cord of the appliance is corrupted, it has to be replaced by the manufacturer, its service technician, or a similarly qualified person so as to prevent dangerous situations.
  • Never use the appliance if its power cord or plug is damaged, if it does not work properly if it fell down and was damaged and if it is leaking.
  • In this case, take the appliance to a special service to check its safety and proper function.
  • The appliance is designed only for household use and similar applications (preparing food)! It is not designed for commercial use and for use in facilities such as kitchenettes for staff in shops, offices or farms, or in other work environments. The appliance is not intended for use by clients in hotels, motels, B&B facilities, and other accommodation facilities.
  • Keep it away from sources of heat, direct sunlight, humidity (never dip it into any liquid) and sharp edges. Do not use the appliance with wet hands. If the appliance is humid or wet, unplug it immediately. Do not put it in water.
  • To protect children from the dangers posed by electrical appliances, make sure that the cable is hanging low and that children do not have access to the appliance.
  • Check the appliance and the cable for damage on a regular basis. Do not use the appliance if it is damaged.
  • Pay careful attention to the following “Special Safety Instructions for this unit“.

SPECIAL SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS FOR THIS UNIT

  • Connect and operate the appliance only in accordance with the specifications on the rating label.
  • Unplug the appliance from the mains supply before cleaning.
  • Close supervision is necessary if the appliance is to be used by children.
  • Under no circumstances must the appliance be placed in water or other liquids.
  • If there is the damage of any kind, the appliance should not be used.
  • Take care to ensure that the cables do not hang down.
  • When storing the appliance wrap the cord neatly to avoid unnecessary strain on the cord.
  • Do not place on a hot surface, or in the direct proximity of open gas flames.
  • Do not leave the appliance unattended (even for a short time) whilst it is plugged into the mains supply.
  • Keep fingers, long hair, clothing, and utensils away from moving parts.
  • The appliance must only be used as intended in accordance with the enclosed operating instructions.
  • Switch off the appliance and remove the plug from the mains supply whenever the appliance is not in use.
  • When mixing warm liquid, be particularly careful as a projection of warm liquid could cause serious burns.
  • Never use several accessories simultaneously.
  • Do not continuously operate the mixer too long. The motor may overheat.

For 1~5 Speed, continuously operate time must be less than 5 minutes. For turbo speed, continuously operate time must be less than 1 minute. Each break should last for +/-10 minutes. Failure to follow this instruction carefully may result in damage to the motor.

Using the appliance

  • Remove all packaging
  • All accessories of the appliance should be washed and dried before first use.

Using dough hooks and egg beaters

  • Used for the preparation of heavy yeast, dough or short pastries, potato dough for dumplings, and potato pancakes.

To insert the Dough Hook

  • Ensure the speed setting is at the “0” position.
  • Insert the required accessory into a round opening underneath the hand mixer.
  • Press and turn until the accessory is engaged in the right position.

To release the Dough HOOK”

  • Ensure the speed setting is at the “0” position.
  • Press the eject Button down, The dough hook or the Egg Beater can then be easily removed.

To use as a blender

You can blend baby food, soups, sauces, milkshakes, and mayonnaise.

  • To use the blender, please slide open the cover of the blender hole first.
  • Insert the blender into the blender hole in the direction of the mark ▲. Then lock the blender in the direction (clockwise). Now the mark ▲ on the blender should be facing the middle line of the blender hole.
  • Immerge the blender blades into the liquid food, switch on the blender, then the blender begins to work. After finishing blending, stop the blender by pushing the speed button to „0“. Waite till the motor stops working, and twist the blender anticlockwise to „▲“ point. take off the blender and close the blender hole.

Speed selection

By adjusting the speed setting, you can vary between 6 speeds. Turbo speed can immediately b activated by pressing the “TURBO” button at any speed setting from “1-5” position.

Low speed

  • Suitable when starting a process.
  • For continuous use of stirring, beating, and intermixing of ingredients and thin fluids.

High speed: Suitable for the whipping of egg white, cake dough, sauces, and heavy dough.

| This is a good starting speed for bulk and dry foods such as flour. butter and potatoes.

| For creaming butter and sugar. Beating uncooked candy. desserts. etc.

| For beating eggs. cooked icings. Whipping potatoes. whipping cream. etc.

Cleaning and maintenance

  • Before cleaning any parts of the appliance, the Speed Setting must be in the “0” position.
  • Remove the plug from the mains supply.
  • Remove the accessories.
  • To remove stubborn spots, wipe surfaces with a piece of a damp cloth in sudsy water or a mild, non-abrasive cleaner follow with a clean, damp cloth.
  • Do not use any abrasive cleaners or material or clean any parts of the appliance, as it can damage the finish.
  • Some foods, e.g. carrot, may discolor the plastic. Rubbing with a cloth dipped in vegetable oil helps remove discoloring.
  • Wipe with a damp cloth, then dry.

Storage

  • Store the appliance after it has cooled down gradually.
  • When not in use, disconnect the appliance and store in a dry, safe place, out of reach of children.

Troubleshooting

The device is not working

  • Check that the mains connection cable is firmly plugged in.
  • Check the positions of the switches.
