SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS

Do not expose the deep-fryer, power cord or plug to water or other liquids – risk of electric shock.

Make sure that no water or other liquid gets into the deep-fryer – risk of electric shock.

Do not touch the product or plug with wet hands.

Make sure the plug is clean.
-
Never block the ventilation openings on the deep-fryer when in use.

Parts of the deep-fryer get hot when in use. Do not touch hot parts – risk of getting burned.

Check that the mains voltage corresponds to the rated voltage on the type plate.

Check the deep-fryer, power cord, plug and all accessories for any damage. Do not use the deep-fryer if parts are missing or damaged – risk of serious personal injury.

Keep children under supervision to make sure they do not play with the deep-fryer. Store the deep-fryer out of the reach of children.

This deep-fryer can be used by children from eight years and upwards and by persons with physical, sensorial or mental disabilities, or persons who lack experience or knowledge, if they are supervised or receive instructions concerning the safe use of the deep-fryer and understand the risks involved with its use. Do not allow children to play with the deep-fryer. Cleaning and maintenance must not be carried out by children unless
they are more than eight years old, and are kept under supervision. -
Keep the deep-fryer and its power cord out of the reach of children under eight years of age.

Do not allow the power cord to hang over the edge of a table or worktop.

Do not touch the deep-fryer, plug or power cord with wet hands or other wet parts of your body.

Do not place the deep-fryer near curtains, or other flammable materials – fire risk

Do not use an extension cord or plug adapter, or the equivalent.

The deep-fryer is not intended to be controlled by an external timer or a separate remote control.

Place the deep-fryer on a level, stable, heat resistant and durable surface before use.

Do not put the product near flammable or explosive materials, such as tablecloths, curtains, etc. Leave at least 30 cm of free space around the deep-fryer to ensure adequate ventilation. Never place objects over the deep-fryer.

Never use the deep-fryer for anything other than the purpose it was designed for.

Never leave the deep-fryer unattended when switched on.

Hot air flows out from the air outlet when the product is in use. Keep at a safe distance. Keep hands and face away from the air outlet. Watch out for hot air when opening the pan.

Make sure not to touch any hot parts when taking out food etc.

Do not take out the pan while the deep-fryer is in use. Set the timer to 0 before taking out the pan when the deep-fryer is in use.

Do not cover the air inlet or air outlet on the deep-fryer when in use. Do not touch the inside of the deep-fryer – risk of burn
injuries. -
Do not add oil to the basket or pan – risk of fire.

Switch off the deep-fryer with the power switch and pull out the plug from the power point after use. Do not pull the power cord to unplug the plug.

Switch off the deep-fryer and unplug the plug from the power point when not in use.

Wait until the deep-fryer has completely cooled before cleaning.

Only use accessories recommended by the manufacturer.

The deep-fryer is intended for household use, or for use in staff rooms, offices and other similar places.

Always take basic safety precautions when using electrical appliances to reduce the risk of fire, electric shock and/or personal injury.

Do not use the deep-fryer outdoors.

Never leave the deep-fryer unattended when plugged in. Unplug the power cord before cleaning and/or maintenance, and when the deep-fryer is not in use.

The deep-fryer must only be used as it is intended to be used and in accordance with these instructions.

Do not use the deep-fryer if the power cord or plug are damaged.

A damaged cord or plug must be replaced by an authorised service centre or qualified person to ensure safe use.

Do not carry or pull the deep-fryer by the power cord. Keep the power cord away from heat, oil and sharp edges. Do not pull the deep-fryer over the power cord.

If an extension cord is used, the cross sectional area of the wires must be sufficient for the power supply to the deep-fryer.

Switch off the deep-fryer, unplug the power cord and wait until it has completely cooled before cleaning.

USE
NOTE:
- Do not take out the pan while the deep-fryer is in use. Set the timer to 0 before taking out the pan when the deep-fryer is in use.
- Do not cover the air inlet or air outlet on the deep-fryer when in use. Do not touch the inside of the deep-fryer – risk of burn injuries.
- Do not add oil to the basket or pan – risk of fire.
- For best results, turn the ingredients by shaking the basket during the cooking.
- Plug the plug into an earthed power point.
- Turn the temperature control to the required temperature (80–200°C).
- Set the timer to 3 minutes to heat up.
- When the yellow light goes off, carefully take out the deep-fryer pan from the deep-fryer. Place the food in the deepfryer basket (do not exceed the max level).Close the pan.
- Set the timer to the required cooking time (0–30 min).
- The food is ready when the timer peeps.
Pull out the pan and put it on a heat resistant pad.
MAINTENANCE
- Switch off the deep-fryer, pull out the plug from the power point, and wait until it has completely cooled before cleaning.
- The pan, basket and surface of the deep-fryer can be cleaned with washing up liquid and a soft sponge. Do not use a stiff brush or steel wool, they can damage the surface.
- Use a damp cloth to wipe the surface of the deep-fryer, do not use caustic substances for cleaning. Clean the surface after you have finished cooking.
- Do not expose the power cord or the deep-fryer to water.
- Clean the deep-fryer properly before putting it away in a cool, dry place.
TROUBLESHOOTING

It smokes| The food contains too much oil| This is normal.
