Troubleshooting
If the target device is not receiving power, look at the indicator LEDs and listen for alarms. The table below shows what the combinations of lights and sounds mean.
Power LED| Fault LED| Alarm| Possible cause| Possible
solution
---|---|---|---|---
Off| Off| No| The power inverter is switched off| Switch on the power
inverter.
| | | The battery is empty.| Recharge the battery.
| | | | Replace the battery.
On| Off| Yes| Low voltage alarm| Recharge the battery.
| | | | Replace the battery.
On| Off| Yes| Low voltage shutdown| Recharge the battery.
| | | | Replace the battery.
On| On| No| Over voltage shutdown| Check the battery voltage.
The power inverter will function as normal again when the voltage is within
the specified range.
---|---|---|---|---
On| On| No| Overload protection| Reduce the load on the power inverter.
On| On| Yes| High temperature shutdown| Let the product cool down.
The power inverter will function as normal again when it is cooled down.
On| On| No| Output short circuit| Remove the target device from the power
inverter.
Check the device for short circuit.
