Product Usage Instructions
- Plug in the Fellowes Powershred LX221 paper shredder and turn it on.
- Gather the papers, credit cards, and staples that you wish to shred.
- Insert the papers, credit cards, and staples into the shredder’s feed opening. Be sure not to exceed the recommended sheet capacity.
- The shredder will automatically shred the items and deposit them into the pull-out bin.
- When the bin is full, pull it out and empty the shredded material into a waste bin or recycling container.
- Replace the bin and continue shredding as needed.
- When finished, turn off the shredder and unplug it from the power source.
- Occasionally oil the shredder to maintain its performance.
