Product Usage Instructions

Uninstall Manual – Step 1
You will need to fully remove the front fenders by turning the clips on the underside of the fender down until they feel loose. Once loose, pull the fender away from the Bronco directly towards you, releasing the clips.
Note: Both front and rear fenders are mounted in this manner.

Tools Required:

  • Ratchet
  • 7mm Deep Socket
  • Panel Clip Removal Tool
  • Philips Head Screwdriver

Uninstall Manual – Step 2
Use a philips head screw driver and panel clip removal tool to remove the various clips securing inner fender to the vehicle.

Uninstall Manual – Step 3
Use a 7mm deep socket to remove the nuts securing the inner fender, located at the top of the inner fender and lower front section of the inner fender.
Note: Passenger side will have two nuts securing it in the top section.

Uninstall Manual – Step 4
Remove inner fender by pulling down by the lip of the fender and out.

INSTALLATION INSTRUCTION

INSTALLATION MANUAL

  • STEP 1 Begin by unpacking all items and inspecting for missing pieces or damage. If you have any concerns, please contact the company the product was purchased from.
    Hardware Included:

    • (16) M6x20
    • (19) M6x14
    • (16) M6 Serrated Nuts
    • (19) M6 Nutserts
  • STEP 2 Assemble the DV8 inner fender using a #4 allen head and provided M6x20 hardware. The upper piece will sit on top of the lower piece.
    NOTE: Ensure mesh hardware issecure before installation. Drivers side is pictured.

  • STEP 3 Bend back the tabs that will not be used during installation. (From the front you will bend the 1st, 3rd, 4th, 6th, and 7th tabs). The remaining tabs that will be used for installation can be adjusted by hand to better line up with the inner fender during installation. If you are unsure of which tabs to bend, you can maneuver the inner fender into the wheel well and reference the mounting holes on the inner fender to find the mounting tabs.

  • STEP 4 Use 11/32” inch drill bit to drill out the holes on the remaining tabs.DV8-OFFROAD-INFEND-05RB-Rear-Inner-Fenders- \(9\)

  • STEP 5 Install provided nutserts into the remaining tabs using a nutsert tool.

  • STEP 6 Manuever the inner fender into the wheel well carefully as not to damage the inner fender. It may take a few attempts to get it correct. Install the DV8 inner fenders using a#4 allen head and provided M6x14 hardware.

  • STEP 7 Reinstall factory screw with philips head screwdriver. Located towards the lower front section of the inner fender.

  • STEP 8 OPTIONAL: You may choose to remove the clip for the wiring harness and push it back for a cleaner look.DV8-OFFROAD-INFEND-05RB-Rear-Inner-Fenders- \(13\)

  • STEP 9 Double check fitment and all hardware is secure. Repeat steps for other side.DV8-OFFROAD-INFEND-05RB-Rear-Inner-Fenders- \(14\)
