CCBR-01 Bronco Center Console Molle Panel and Bridge

Little skill level required, you can easily install it by yourself however,
additional help will be useful

Time to install this should only take about two hours.
WARNINGS/CAUTIONS BEFORE STARTING INSTALLATION
Before you install this kit — Read and understand all instructions, warnings,
cautions, and notes contained in this installation instruction guide. Consult
your vehicle owner’s manual for proper disconnection of electrical and lifting
of vehicle if required for installation of this product.
This install may require some technical skills and knowledge of basic
mechanical work. If you do not feel that you are capable of performing this
install please take this product to a trained professional.

Proper installation of this kit required knowledge of the factory recommended
procedures for removal and installation of original equipment components. We
recommend that the factory shop manual and any special tools needed to service
your vehicle be on hand during the installation. Installation of this kit
without proper knowledge of the factory recommended procedures may affect the
performance of these components and the safety of the vehicle

Inspect all contents of this package to make sure product is not damaged and all installation hardware has been included. If parts are missing from kit, please be prepared to provide the following information
- Name of purchase location
- Bar Code on side of box
- Date above bar code
- Date inside box cover
STEP 1
Begin by unpacking all items and inspecting for missing pieces or damage. If
you have any concerns, please contact the company the product was purchased
from.
HARDWARE INCLUDED
- (14) M6x15 Allen Head
- (14) M6 Flat Washers
- (6) M6 Split Washers
- (8) M6 Serrated Nuts
STEP 2
Place the driverside mount up to the center console. The top of the mount will
line up with the top of the plastic.
With the mount aligned, mark the holes on the mounting tabs.
STEP 3
Use a 11/32” drill bit to drill out the marked mounting positions.
Drill accurately and carefully to avoid scuffing the trim unnecessarily.
STEP 4
Align the driver side mount with the mounting holes and press the M6x15
hardware into the drilled out holes, to loosely hold the mount in place. Pull
back on the center console trim from the bottom to fit the M6 nuts into place.
Thread the nut onto the m6 bolt two or three threads only, secure with a 4mm
allen bit while applying pressure with your hand under the center console
until the nut “catches” and tightens.
Repeat this process for the other three bolts until the driver side mount is
secure.
STEP 5
Repeat steps 1-4 with the passenger side mount. The top of the mount will
align with the center console trim and grab bar handle.
STEP 6
Slide the bridge into place over the grab bar handle as shown. Align the
bridge with the handle and the dash, and secure using a 4mm allen bit and
provided M6 hardware.
STEP 7
Double check fitment and all hardware is secure. Congratulations, you are
finished with the install of the Bronco Center Console and Bridge.
