User Manual
Account Registration
For first time
users, tap on the “Sign Up” button and select the country you are residing.
Enter your email address. A verification code will then be sent via email.
Account Setup
Enter the
verification code. In the next screen set up your password.
Add Device
After logging
into the app, select “Add Device”. Device can also be auto-discovered or
select “Lock (BLE)” and activate your Schlage lock according to the pairing
instructions in the user manual (all user manuals can be found at schlage-
locks.asia).
Unlock Device with Application
After adding
your Schlage lock, simply swipe right on the key icon to unlock your smart
lock or swipe left to lock your device. You may unlock your device remotely
(within bluetooth range) once added.
Audit Trail of Lock Activity
Tap on the
bell icon to access a full audit trail of lock activity. The audit trail will
only update when in Bluetooth range.
Generate Temporary Passcode
Click
“Temporary Code” for one-time, scheduled or custom codes to be sent to
authorized users via email, SMS or other communication apps.
The lock does not need to be in Bluetooth range to activate/deactivate the
code.
Member Management
Tap on “Member
Management” for full list of users. You can add new or remove user. Prior to
adding new users, ensure that new users have already registered an account on
the app. You can also set administrator access for each user.
Settings
Under
“Settings”, you can adjust Buzzer Volume, Voice Volume and Voice Language
Remove Device
Tap on the
edit icon and select “Remove Device” to completely delete the device and its
information from your app.
