Product Usage Instructions
- Step 1: Door Preparation
- Route the door as per the technical dimensions provided in the manual.
- Step 2: Installing the Lock
- Insert the lock into the stile and secure it with screws (maximum length 12mm).
- Step 3: Mounting Accessories
- Insert the spindle into the square hub of the lock.
- Insert the cylinder into the cylinder hole and secure it with the cylinder retaining screw.
- Mount the internal and external hardware onto the spindle and cylinder.
- Secure furniture with the supplied fixing screws.
- Step 4: Re-handing & Latch Adjustment
- Check the latch to determine if the handing is correct.
- To re-hand the latch, turn the latch head screw counter-clockwise with a manual screwdriver until the latch is proud of the forehand.
- Rotate the latch head 180 degrees and re-tighten the screw fixing.
- To increase the latch projection, turn the latch screw counter-clockwise.
- Latch projection can be increased by a maximum of 2mm from the original position.
- Step 5: Lock Operation Check
- Close the door firmly.
- Operate the cylinder turn or key to extend the deadbolt.
- The handle will be locked, and the deadbolt will prevent the door from opening.
- Note: If the cylinder turn knob, key, or lever is difficult to turn, lift, or depress, inspect the alignment of strike plates.
