Product Usage Instructions

  • Step 1: Door Preparation
    • Route the door as per the technical dimensions provided in the manual.
  • Step 2: Installing the Lock
    • Insert the lock into the stile and secure it with screws (maximum length 12mm).
  • Step 3: Mounting Accessories
    • Insert the spindle into the square hub of the lock.
    • Insert the cylinder into the cylinder hole and secure it with the cylinder retaining screw.
    • Mount the internal and external hardware onto the spindle and cylinder.
    • Secure furniture with the supplied fixing screws.
  • Step 4: Re-handing & Latch Adjustment
    • Check the latch to determine if the handing is correct.
    • To re-hand the latch, turn the latch head screw counter-clockwise with a manual screwdriver until the latch is proud of the forehand.
    • Rotate the latch head 180 degrees and re-tighten the screw fixing.
    • To increase the latch projection, turn the latch screw counter-clockwise.
    • Latch projection can be increased by a maximum of 2mm from the original position.
  • Step 5: Lock Operation Check
    • Close the door firmly.
    • Operate the cylinder turn or key to extend the deadbolt.
    • The handle will be locked, and the deadbolt will prevent the door from opening.
    • Note: If the cylinder turn knob, key, or lever is difficult to turn, lift, or depress, inspect the alignment of strike plates.
