UNPACKING & INSPECTION
When unpacking, please inspect the product carefully to endure the product is
intact and undamaged.
Do not operate this product if damaged during shipment, handling or misuse. Do
not operate the LED Off-Road Work Light until the parts have been replaced or
the fault rectified. Failure to do so may result in serious personal injury or
property damage.

WORK AREA SAFETY

Keep work area clean and well lit. Cluttered or dark areas invite accidents.

Use the right tool or attachment for the job.
There are certain applications for which this product was designed. Do not modify this product, and do not use this product for purposes for which it was not intended. -
Do not operate power tools in explosive atmospheres, such as in the presence of flammable liquids, gases or dust. Power tools create sparks which may ignite the dust or fumes.

Keep children and bystanders away while working. Distractions can cause you to lose control.
PERSONAL SAFETY
- Use personal protective equipment. Always wear eye protection. Protective equipment such as dust mask, non-skid safety shoes, hard hat, or hearing protection used for appropriate conditions will reduce personal injuries.
- Stay alert, watch what you are doing and use common sense when using tools. Do not assemble and install this product while you are tired or under the influence of drugs, alcohol or medication. A moment of inattention while working may result in serious personal injury.
- Do not overreach. Keep proper footing and balance at all times. This enables better control in unexpected situations.
GENERAL SAFETY RULES
- Dress properly. Do not wear loose clothing or jewelry. Keep your hair and clothing away from moving parts. Loose clothes, jewelry or long hair can be caught in moving parts.
- Do not let familiarity gained from frequent use of tools allow you to become complacent and ignore tool safety principles. A careless action can cause severe injury within a fraction of a second.
SERVICE
- Have your LED Off-Road Work Light serviced by a qualified repair person using only identical replacement parts. This will ensure that the safety of the product is maintained.
This product is not intended for use by persons (including children) whose physical, sensory, or mental capabilities are different or reduced, or lack experience or knowledge unless such persons receive supervision or training in the operation of the appliance by a person responsible for their safety. Children should be supervised to ensure that they do not use the device as toys.

SPECIFIC SAFETY WARNINGS
Proper installation of this product requires a good working knowledge of automotive electrical systems. If you have any doubts about properly installing this product, have a qualified technician install it. Neither the manufacturer nor the retailer is responsible for any damage, personal or property, incurred during installation or improper installation.
- Read all instructions and safety precautions in the vehicle’s manual onto which the Off-Road Work Light will be installed.
- Do not install this product in any way that interferes with the deployment of air bags. Vehicles equipped with airbags may have the sensors located inside the front bumper. Make sure to consult the vehicle service manual to determine the location of the airbag sensors. To avoid damaging the sensors if they are located in the front bumper, do not drill holes in the bumper.
- Ensure all vital components of the vehicle are not in danger of being damaged by drilling holes necessary for installation. If drilling is required, check all sides of the mounting surface for any hidden electrical lines or cables before drilling any holes. Do not damage or weaken the structural integrity of the vehicle.
- Select a mounting location that will not restrict sufficient airflow to the radiator or obstruct headlights or turn signals of the vehicle.
- Clean mounting surfaces before installation using water, and if necessary. a 50/50 mix of water and isopropyl alcohol.
- Install on negative (-) ground 12/24 VDC systems only. Please follow all wiring guidelines provided to guarantee long lifespan. Failure to follow these instructions may result in damage to the product.
- The Off-Road Work Light is for OFF-ROAD use only. Follow local, state, and federal regulations regarding installation and use of this product on your vehicle.
- Use only as intended. Not for marine use. Do not mount underwater.
- During continuous operation lighting units can become extremely hot – Do not touch while operational or within 30 minutes of turning off. Do not place anything flammable near light during or after use.
- Keep wiring away from hot surfaces and moving parts.
- AVOID EYE INJURY – Do not lock directly into light as it may cause serious eye injury.
- To prevent damage, turn light off before starting or turning off the vehicle.
- Turn off the LED Off-Road Work Light. disconnect its power cord from its 12 Volt DC battery, and allow it to completely cool down prior to performing any inspection, maintenance, or cleaning on the unit.
- Inspect before every use; do not use if parts are loose or damaged.
NOTICE Save these instructions. Refer to them frequently and use them to
instruct others who may use this product. If you loan someone this product,
loan them these instructions also.

VEHICLE’S STANDARD LIGHTS/HEADLIGHTS.
CONTENTS
INSTALLATION
To prevent serious injury and fire, connect wires with correct polarity.
To avoid accidental short circuits, disconnect the negative (-) terminal of the vehicle battery prior to installing the LED Off-Road Work Light.
INSTALLATION

Remove unit & included hardware from packaging.

Attach mounting bracket as shown:
A) Place shorter bolt C through the opening in the base of the bracket B. This will be used to mount to the vehicle.
B) The long bolt threads through the bracket and body A of the LED unit and is secured with a nut G, lock nut E, and washer F. -
Attach positive wire securely to a 12-24V fused power source.
• Extension of the wiring may be necessary.
• Can be wired into a switch that will support the 0.71/0.31 A draw. -
Attach black ground wire to a safe, clean ground location.
• Use an appropriate wire terminal (not included) for a secure connection
• Ensure ground wire is properly and safely attached.
CAUTION
- Waterproof all wiring connections using heat shrink terminals. heat shrink tubing, electrical tape, or other appropriate methods (not included).
- Before connecting to a battery, ensure that the switch is in the OFF position.
- Use plastic cable ties (not included) to secure wiring throughout the vehicle.
- Avoid hot areas and moving parts when routing wires.
- Protect wiring from sharp edges with electrical tape, grommets, cable wrap or other appropriate means (not included).
MAINTENANCE
Always unplug the LED Off-Road Work Light from its DC power source and allow
the unit to completely cool down before performing any inspection or
maintenance.
BEFORE EACH USE, inspect the general condition of the Off-Road Work Light
System. Check for misalignment or binding of moving parts, cracked or broken
parts, damaged wiring. damaged lens, and any other condition that may affect
its safe operation.
If a problem occurs with the Lights, have the problem corrected before further
use. Do not use damaged equipment. Inspect:
- Loose fasteners
- Misalignment
- Binding of moving parts
- Damaged wiring
- Improper mounting
- Cracked or broken parts, and any other condition that may affect its safe operation.
If abnormal noise or vibration occurs while driving, Stop the vehicle and have
the problem corrected before further use. Do not use a damaged work light.
Tag damaged unit “DO NOT USE’ until repaired by a qualified service
technician.
CLEANING
Use only mild soap and a damp cloth to clean your LED Off-Road
Work Light since certain cleaning agents and solvents are harmful to Plastics
and aluminum parts. Some of these include: gasoline, turpentine, lacquer
thinner, paint thinner, chlorinated cleaning solvents, ammonia and household
detergents containing ammonia.
