Precautions:

1. Lighting installation is recommended to be completed by professionals
2. Disconnect the power supply before installation
3. Lamps are suitable for V AC
4. It is strictly prohibited to install on the ceiling of grey water not dry or wet
5. Wear protective gloves when installing lamps
6. Do not contact each part of the lamp with corrosive liquid

Installation preparation

Parts:

Before the ceiling fan is installed, there are the following accessories in the carton, please check them one by one, if there is no shortage, you can install it.

Installation Environment:

Depending on the ceiling of different materials, using different screws to secure the ceiling plate, please do not directly fix the ceiling plate on the ceiling splint, in order to prevent the wooden teeth screw loose, bring danger, the ceiling  plate is fixed, must ensure that can withstand more than 60 kg of gravity (hand-pulled) for safety.

Fan Installation Procedures:

A: Remove the hanging plate

1. Unpack and take out the lamp body, remove the hanging plate screws by hand and collect the hanging plate screws (Figure 1)

2. Take out the hanging plate and take out the self-tapping screws to install on the ceiling (Figure 2)

B: Install the hanging plate on the ceiling

1. Align the hanging board with the position of the ceiling where the lamps need to be installed, and mark the hole with a marker pen on the hanging board (Figure 1)
2. Install a 5 drill with an electric drill to drill a depth of 35mm, and make holes at the marked points of the hanging plate holes (Figure 2)
3. Use a hammer to drive the self-tapping screw plug into the drilled hole (Figure 3)
4. Fix the hanging plate on the ceiling with self-tapping screws (Figure 4)

C: Connect the neutral and live wires of household electricity

1. Connect the neutral wire and the live wire of the lamp with the neutral wire and the live wire of the household electricity.
   Note: Before connecting the wires, please carefully check the signs of the neutral wire and the live wire on the lamps, do not connect them in reverse)

2. Then align the lamp body with the hanging plate and push it to the ceiling. Tighten the two hanging plate screws on the hanging plate nut by hand to confirm that the lamp body is firmly installed and then test it with electricity.

Lamp maintenance:

1. There is no reaction after the lamp is installed and energized. Please check building power supply and contact points of the neutral wire and the live wire.
2. After the power is turned on, the light is on and the fan does not rotate. Check whether the fan motor plug is loose. If the fan motor plug is not loose, first judge whether the fan drive is damaged, if it is damaged replace the drive, if it  is motor is damaged replace the motor.
3. After the power is turned on, the fan rotates, and the light does not light up. First check the connection plug and whether the connection wire is loose or broken. After eliminating the line failure, check the LED light strip,  disassemble the silicone noodles, and check whether the lamp beads are burned and blackened. If there is, replace it. If there is no fault in the LED strip, check the LED driver power supply, if the driver is damaged, replace the  driver.
4. After the power is turned on the remote control cannot control the fan and the remote control can not control the fan check whether the remote control is installed with batteries. Whether the battery has enough power. If the battery problem is eliminated check whether the remote control and the fan are successfully paired and then match again according to the remote control instructions. If it still cannot be matched successfully, replace the remote control.
5. After the power-on test, the lamp fan function is normal, the remote control is working normally but there is abnormal noise, please check whether the lamp body is installed firmly and the fan blade is installed firmly.
