First Pairing of the Earphones

Method 1: Open the charging case.
Method 2: Press and hold the touch area on both earphones for 2 seconds.

Method 1: Put the earphones into the charging case and close it.
Method 2: Turn off your phone’s Bluetooth.
Method 3: Turn off your phone’s Bluetooth and hold both touch pads for about 5 seconds.

If the earphones do not work correctly, follow these steps to reset them.

Precautions:

Remove protective film from earphone pins before connecting charging pins.

Touch control

First pairing of the earphones

Before you begin using the earphones, remove the protective films from the charging pins and then put the earphones back into the case. Turn on the Bluetooth function on your phone. When you open the case, the earphones will automatically switch on (the LEDs on the earphones will light up green) and then they will switch to pairing mode (one of the earphones will flash red and green). Select “Intezze Wings” from the available BT devices on your phone and confirm connect. After successful pairing you will hear a confirmation message
“Connected”. If the earphones don’t flash when you take them out of the case, put them back in the case and charge them with the included USB-C cable.

Powering ON / OFF

Power ON

Method 1: The earphones will turn on automatically when you open the charging case.
Method 2: In the off state, press and hold the touch area on both earphones for 2 seconds. The earphones will turn on and you can hear the prompt “Intezze on”.

Power OFF

Method 1: Put the earphones into the charging case and close it. They will shut down automatically, but not if the charging case runs out of battery.
Method 2: Turn off your phone’s Bluetooth and the earphones will automatically shut down in 5 minutes.
Method 3: Turn off your phone’s Bluetooth and hold both touch pads for about 5 seconds.
Method 4: Stop the music and hold both touch pads for about 5 seconds.

Reset earphones

If the earphones do not work correctly, you can reset them using the following procedure:

When music is playing, tap both earphones 4 times quickly in series until you hear a “Beep” tone. When the tone ends, immediately hold both touch 4
pads for about 2 seconds. You will hear “Reset successful” in the earphones, followed by “Disconnected” and then lastly “Pairing”.
Go to the bluetooth device settings on your phone and remove the “Intezze Wings” earphones from the list of paired devices. Turn off the bluetooth function on your phone and then turn it back on. You can now reconnect the Intezze Wings on your phone.
Reset note: If your earphones fail to pair with your phone or with each other, you can apply step 1 even if the earphones are not playing music. However, the earphones must be turned on.

Precautions

In order to connect the charging pins, it is necessary to first remove the protective film from the earphone pins.
Fully charge the case together with the earphones prior to first use.
If you do not use the earphones for a long time, charge them regularly together with the case to avoid damaging the batteries (shortening their service life).
Keep the volume at the lowest possible level. Listening at loud volumes for an extended time may damage your hearing irreversibly!
Children must be supervised by an adult when using the earphones. Risk of swallowing small parts.
Clean using a slightly damp cloth only.
Do not use the earphones out of the allowed temperature range of -15 °C to +50 °C.
Do not charge the case or earphones in places with a temperature lower than 0 °C.
Do not expose the earphones or case to direct sunlight for extended periods and generally in places with high temperatures, e.g. in the car on hot sunny days.
Never disassemble or otherwise repair the earphones yourself
Keep the earbud filters on both earphones clean in order to avoid sound degradation.
Using the earphones in a very dusty or humid environment may result in damage to the earphones.
Always make sure the earphones are completely dry before putting them in the case (watch out for drops of sweat).
We recommend to clean your ears or at least dry them (e.g. after a bath) before each use of the earphones. This minimises the risk of clogging the filters.
