Pairing the Earbuds
Switching ON:
- Method 1: Open the charging case to turn on the earbuds automatically.
- Method 2: Hold both touch pads of the earbuds for about 6 seconds until the LED on the right earbud flashes white and you hear “Intezze on”.
Switching OFF:
- Method 1: Place the earbuds back in the case to switch off automatically.
- Method 2: Turn off Bluetooth on your phone, and the earbuds will power off after 5 minutes.
Controlling the Earbuds
The earbuds can be controlled for various functions like play/pause, track
navigation, volume adjustment, call management, EQ modes, and ANC/Transparency
settings.
Resetting the Earbuds
- Remove the earbuds from the list of paired devices on your phone.
- Remove both earbuds from the case and tap the touch pad of either earbud twice.
- Wait for the reset confirmation message and pair the earbuds with your phone again.
Charging
Charge both the earbuds and the case before initial use. Earbuds charge
automatically when placed in the case. The case can be charged using a USB-C
cable or wirelessly.

How can I reset my earbuds if they are not connecting properly?
Follow the steps provided in the user manual to reset the earbuds. Make sure to remove them from your phone's paired devices list before attempting to pair them again.
How long does it take to charge the case?
The charging case takes approximately 1.5 hours to fully charge.
What do I do if the earbud's battery capacity drops below 10%?
When the battery capacity is low, the LED on the right earbud will start flashing white. It is recommended to charge them promptly to avoid interruption.

Pairing
First pairing of the earbuds
Before using the earbuds, peel the protective film off the charging pins and
then put the earbuds back into the case. Turn on Bluetooth on your phone. Open
the charging case, remove the earbuds and wait about 4 seconds for the pairing
mode to activate (the LED of the left earbud is not lit, the LED of the right
earbud flashes white). Search for “Intezze DREAM” in the available Bluetooth
devices on your phone and confirm the pairing. You will then hear “Connected”
in the earbuds and the LEDs on the earbuds will switch off. If the earbuds do
not light up when removed from the case, put them back in and charge them in
the case using the included USB-C cable or place the case on a wireless
charger (not included).

Switching the earbuds ON/OFF
- Switching ON
- Method 1: The earbuds turn on automatically when you open the charging case.
- Method 2: With the earbuds switched off, hold both touch pads for about 6 seconds. The LED on the right earbud flashes white and the earbuds say “Intezze on”.
- Switching OFF
- Method 1: The earbuds automatically switch off when placed in the case and closed. This does not apply if the case is completely discharged.
- Method 2: Turn off Bluetooth on your phone. The earbuds will automatically switch off after 5 minutes. The earbuds do not have a manual shut-off function.
Controlling the earbuds
- Play/Pause Tap the L or R touch pad of the earbud twice
- Previous track Hold the L touch pad for approx. 2 seconds
- Next track Hold the R touch pad for approx. 2 seconds
- Volume up + Tap the R once and then hold the touch pad of the earbud
- Volume down – Tap the L once and then hold the touch pad of the earbud
- Answer a call Tap the L or R touch pad of the earbud twice
- Hang up Tap the L or R touch pad of the earbud twice
- To cancel dialling Tap the L or R touch pad of the earbud twice
- To reject a call Hold the L or R touch pad of the earbud for approx. 2 seconds
- EQ modes Tap the L or R touch pad of the earbud 3 times
- ANC/Transparency Tap the L or R touch pad of the earbud 4 times
- Switch off time Tap the L or R touch pad of the earbud twice (function is only active in Sleep Mode)
Resetting the earbuds
If the earbuds cannot be connected to the phone, or if only one earbud is playing, you can reset the earbuds in the following way:
- Remove “Intezze DREAM” from the list of paired devices on your phone (ideally also turn off Bluetooth on your phone).
- Remove both earbuds from the charging case. The LED on the right earbud will flash white after a moment, followed by the message “Pairing”.
- Quickly tap the touch pad of the L or R earbud twice. The LEDs on both earbuds will briefly light up white and “Reset successful” will be heard.
- Place the earbuds next to each other so that you can see them. After about 5 seconds, the LEDs on both earbuds stop lighting, the “Pairing” message sounds in the earbuds and the LED on the right earbud flashes white.
- Now your earbuds can be paired with your phone again.
Charging
We recommend charging the earbuds and the case before the first use.
- Earbuds: The earbuds will start charging automatically after inserting them into the case. The LEDs on both earbuds will glow white during charging. This does not apply if the case is completely discharged.
- Case: Connect the case to the charger using the included USB-C cable or place the case on the wireless charger (not included).

Messages in the earbuds
Caution
- To connect the charging pins, it is necessary to first remove the protective film from the earbud pins.
- Fully charge the case together with the earbuds before first use.
- If you do not use the earbuds for a long time, charge them regularly once a month together with the case to avoid damaging the batteries (shortening their service life).
- Keep the volume at the lowest possible level. Listening at loud volumes for an extended time may damage your hearing irreversibly!
- Children must be supervised by an adult when using the earbuds. Risk of swallowing small parts.
- Clean using a slightly damp cloth only.
- Do not use the earbuds out of the allowed temperature range of -15 °C to + 50 °C.
- Do not charge the case or earbuds in places with a temperature lower than 0 °C.
- Do not leave the earbuds or case in direct sunlight for long periods and generally in places with high temperatures, e.g. in the car on hot sunny days.
- Never disassemble or otherwise repair the earbuds yourself.
- Keep the earbud grilles on both earbuds clean to avoid sound degradation.
- Using the earbuds in a very dusty or humid environment may result in damage to the earbuds.
- Always make sure the earbuds are completely dry before putting them in the case (watch out for drops of sweat).
- For hygiene reasons and to maintain high sound quality, we recommend replacing the filters every 6 months (3 pairs of replacement filters are included).
- We recommend cleaning or at least drying your ears (e.g. after a bath) before using the earbuds. This minimises the risk of clogging of the earbud filters.
Warranty conditions
THE WARRANTY DOES NOT COVER THE FOLLOWING SITUATIONS:
- Damage caused by tampering with the device.

- Physical damage to the earbuds caused by a fall or impact.
- Damage caused by force majeure.
