ATTENTION! Fully charge the earphones together with the case prior to first use.
- The earphones automatically switch on and off when opening/closing the charging case.
- You can switch on the earphones manually by holding the touch area for approx. 3 seconds (switch off by holding for approx. 5 s).
- The earphones automatically switch off when they are not connected to any device for 5 minutes. Automatic switch off is also activated when the earphones are fully discharged.
Pairing
It is necessary to pair the earphones with every device you want to use them with, prior to their first use with the device. Pairing does not have to be performed again and the earphones automatically try to connect to any previously paired devices within range.
- Open the earphone case and wait for approx. 5 seconds before earphone pairing mode is activated.
- Select “Intezze EVO” from the available BT devices on your phone and select Connect (if necessary, confirm the intention to pair the earphones).
Operation
Function Command (L = left earphone, R = right earphone)

Charging
Charging the earphones
After inserting the earphones into the case, automatic charging is activated.
The case must be sufficiently charged.
Case charging
Use the supplied USB-C cable to charge the case. Fully charge the earphones
together with the case prior to first use.
Pairing one earphone (MONO)
In order to listen with only one earphone, pair both earphones with the
phone first. Then insert both earphones back into the case and remove only the
earphone that you want to use.
RESET function
- Delete “Intezze EVO” from the list of paired devices on the phone.
- Remove both earphones from the case and switch them off by holding the touch areas for approx. 5 seconds.
- Switch on the earphones by holding the touch areas for 3 seconds. Tap both touch areas 4 times and after the 4th tap, hold the touch area for 5 seconds.
- This will reset the earphones. Now switch on the earphones again and repeat the pairing process with the phone.

Caution
- Fully charge the case together with the earphones prior to first use.
- If you do not use the earphones for a longer period, charge them together with the case approx. once a month so that the battery life is not shortened.
- Keep the set volume at the lowest possible level. Listening to loud volumes for an extended period may damage your hearing irreversibly!
- Children must be supervised by an adult when using the earphones. Risk of swallowing small parts.
- Do not expose the earphones to water for extended periods. The earphones are not designed for swimming, showering, or diving.
- Using the earphones in a very dusty or humid environment may result in damage to the earphones.
- Do not use the earphones out of the allowed temperature range of -15 °C to +40 °C.
- Do not charge the case or earphones in places with a temperature lower than 0 °C.
- Do not expose the earphones or case to direct sunlight for extended periods.
- Never disassemble or otherwise repair the earphones yourself.
- Keep the earphone grille clean. If it is heavily clogged, the sound may be muffled. Cleaning/replacing the grille may only be performed by a professional service provider.
- Only use a slightly damp cloth to clean the grille.
Warranty conditions
The warranty does not cover the following types of defects:
- Damage caused by tampering with the device.
- Physical damage to the earphones caused by a fall or impact.
- Damage caused by force majeure.
