Pairing the Speaker for the First Time

Press the “On/Off” button (9) for 3 seconds to switch on the speaker. When you switch it on, you will hear the “Intezze ON” message, the Bluetooth LED will flash white and then you will hear the “Pairing” message confirming the pairing mode. In the available Bluetooth devices on your phone, search for “Intezze BRIQ” and confirm the pairing. A confirmation message “Connected” is then heard from the speaker and the LED lights up in white.

Switching the Speaker On and Off

Switching on: With the speaker switched off, hold down the “On/Off” button (9) for 3 seconds. The speaker will turn on,
The Bluetooth LED will flash and you will hear the message “Intezze ON”.
Switching off: With the speaker switched on, hold down the “On/Off” button (9) for 3 seconds. The speaker will switch off, the Bluetooth LED will go off and you will hear the message “Intezze OFF”.
Automatic switching off: The speaker has an automatic switch-off function. After about 10 minutes of inactivity, the speaker automatically switches off. The message “Intezze OFF” will be heard and the white LED goes off.

When the call ends, the music will continue to play.

Reset function

If the speaker fails to connect to your phone or behaves unnaturally:

1. Remove “Intezze BRIQ” from the list of paired devices on your phone (ideally also turn Bluetooth off completely on your phone).

2. Make sure the speaker is switched on and in pairing mode (white LED flashing).

3. Hold the “Play/Pause” button (4) for approx. 5 seconds.
   You will hear the message “Reset successful” and the speaker will switch off.

4. You can now pair the speaker again (as described in “Pairing the speaker for the first time”).

If the speaker is on but not responding:
With a thin tool, press and hold the reset button hidden in the AUX port for 6 seconds. The white LED goes off and the speaker switches off.

Pairing two speakers (TWS)

1. Turn on both speakers, but do not pair them yet.1.
2. In pairing mode, the White Bluetooth LED (6) flashes,hold down the “Play/Pause” button (4) on one of the speakers for 2 seconds.
3. The “Pairing” message is then heard from that speaker, and once the speakers are paired, the “Connected” message is heard from both speakers. White Bluetooth LED (6) on both speakers is still flashing.
4. Turn on Bluetooth on your phone. In the available Bluetooth devices on your phone, search for “Intezze BRIQ”. Once connected, the White Bluetooth LED (6) on both speakers will stop flashing.

The left channel is always the speaker for which you have pressed the “Play/Pause” button (4) for 2 seconds.
To disconnect the speakers, press and hold the “Play/Pause” button (4) on one of the speakers for 2 seconds until you hear the message “Disconnected”.

Speaker Reconnection Function

The speaker will automatically reconnect to devices that support reconnection. It will not reconnect to those that do not have this feature. If the speaker is not connected, hold the “Bluetooth” button (7) for 3 seconds and the speaker will connect to the last paired device.

Wireless charging function

Connect the speaker to the charger, the white LED will flash 3 times. Then place the device on the wireless charging surface with the “IN” logo. The white LED always lights up when charging wirelessly.

1. When charging wirelessly, the speaker must be powered from the mains.
2. If your phone is in a thicker case, wireless charging may not work.
3. If the white LED flashes, it means there is a charging error.

Caution

1. Use the original power cord (included) for charging.

2. Do not install the speaker in places exposed to prolonged direct sunlight, extreme temperatures and high dust. There is a risk of damage to the device or injury.

3. Use a lightly dampened soft cloth to clean the speaker. The use of chemicals such as benzine, solvents, detergents, or chemical cleaning cloths may cause discolouration or deformation of the device.

4. Before wiping the speaker with a dampened soft cloth, turn it off and unplug the power cord from the power outlet.

5. Never disassemble or repair the speaker. In case of any problems, please contact customer care [email protected].

6. Place the speaker in a stable position to prevent it from falling and causing damage or personal injury.

7. To protect the life of the battery, charge it at least once every 3 months. Battery life may vary depending on usage and environment.

8. Do not expose the speaker to water while charging.
   Permanent damage to the speaker or power supply may occur.

9. After spilling (and in all cases where the speaker will be wet or just damp), do not charge the speaker until it is completely dry. Failure to do so may cause serious injury and may also damage the speaker.

10. Do not expose yourself to high volume sound for long periods of time. Otherwise, hearing loss may occur. Avoid listening for more than 40 hours per week at a volume of 80 dB or more than five hours per week at a volume of 89 dB. Contact your doctor if you experience any hearing impairment.

Warranty conditions

The warranty does not cover the following situations:

1. Damage caused by tampering with the device.
2. Physical damage to the device caused by a fall or impact.
3. Damage caused by force majeure.
4. Damage caused by improper connection or use of the appliance contrary to the operating instructions.
