Application:
The compact floodlight with mounting box is designed for permanent installations on a wall, under a ceiling, or on a pillar. It can be controlled by DALI colour light control.

Overvoltage Protection:
The electronic components have overvoltage protection according to DIN EN 61547. For additional protection, consider separate overvoltage protection components available on the manufacturer’s website.

Safety:
Installation and operation must comply with national safety regulations. Only a qualified electrician should perform installation and commissioning to avoid damage due to improper use or installation.

Installation:
Handle LED components carefully to prevent damage. Avoid direct contact with the light output opening during installation or relamping. Place the floodlight unit on the mounting plate as shown in the sketch, align, and securely screw together. Adjust beam direction as needed by loosening and tightening the joint screw with a torque of 7 Nm.

Maintenance:
Inspect the connecting cable for damages and replace it with the help of a qualified electrician only.

Accessories:
Optional accessories include optical filters, shields, and cylindrical shields. Separate instructions for these accessories are available upon request.

FAQ:

  • Q: Can I install the floodlight myself?
A: Installation and commissioning should only be carried out by a qualified electrician to ensure safety and proper functioning.

  • Q: How do I adjust the beam direction?
A: Undo the joint screw using a hexagon socket head wrench (size 5 mm), set the desired beam direction, and then tighten the joint screw to a torque of 7 Nm.
