PRODUCT HIGHLIGHTS
HDi 11K400 & HDi 16K400
Our induction devices for heating ferrous materials are characterised by high
performance and outstanding functions; they generate the heat directly inside
the metal and reach red heat (up to about 1000°C) in a few seconds, without
changing the properties of the metal. Since the heat is generated only at the
point required, all the usual work of straightening, bending and replacement
of pins and bearings can be carried out with it. Since the devices operate
without an open flame, their operating costs are 50% lower than when using gas
cylinders. They can also be used near cables, hoses and other heat-sensitive
parts. ELMAG products have obtained all the required European certifications,
including in the field of electromagnetic field emission. They are equipped
with a special isolation transformer which guarantees the highest level of
reliability even under the most adverse conditions or in the event of a short
circuit.
