Assembling the Fixture:

Shut off the power at the circuit breaker box.
Remove old fixture and all hardware from Junction Box.
Unpack your new fixture and lay out all parts on a clear area.
Attach the mounting plate to the junction box using two junction box screws with the GND side facing out.
Guide fixture wires through the centre hole of the mounting plate.
Attach the lamp body to the mounting plate and lock it securely with mounting screws.
Install the light bulb according to fixture specifications. Do not exceed the specified wattage.
Raise the glass insert to the cover of lamp holder by turning it clockwise until tight.

Connecting the Wires:

Connect Black fixture wire to black house (hot) wire, and white fixture wire to white (neutral) house wire.
Secure wire nuts and optionally wrap connections with electrical tape.
If there is a ground wire in the outlet box, connect the fixture’s ground wire to it; otherwise, attach bare copper fixture wire to the green ground screw on the mounting plate.
Tuck wire connections neatly into the wall junction box.

Your installation is now complete. Return power to the junction box and test the fixture.

Q: What should I do if I lose small parts during installation?

Q: Can I use a bulb with higher wattage than specified?
- A: No, do not exceed the specified wattage to avoid damaging the fixture.

ASSEMBLING THE FIXTURE (Fig.1)

Shut off the power at the circuit breaker box. Remove old fixture and all hardware from Junction Box.
Carefully unpack your new fixture and lay out all the parts on a clear area. Take care not to lose any small parts necessary for installation.
Attach the mounting plate to the junction box using two junction box screws as shown. The side of the mounting plate marked “GND” must face out. The junction box is not included.
Guide fixture wires through hole in centre of the mounting plate.
Follow wiring instructions carefully (see fig.2)
Attach the lamp body onto the mounting plate, aligning the back plate holes with screw holes of the mounting plate in side, then lock it securely with mounting screws.
Install the light bulb(Not included) in accordance with the fixture specifications. NOTE: DO NOT EXCEED THE SPECIFIED WATTAGE!
Raise the glass insert to the cover of the lamp holder, by turning it clockwise until tight.

CONNECTING THE WIRES (Fig.2)

Connect the electrical wires as follows. Connect the Black wire from the fixture to the black house (hot) Wire. Connect the white wire from the fixture to the white (neutral) house wire. Make sure all wire nuts are secured. You may wrap the connections with electrical tape. If your outlet box has ground wires (green or bare copper) connect fixture’s ground wire to it. Otherwise, attach the bare copper fixture wire to the green ground screw on the mounting plate.
Tuck the wire connections neatly into the wall junction box. Your installation is now complete. Return power to the junction box and test the fixture.
