CARE & USE
Initial Cleaning: Before using your pans for the first time, remove all
packaging and wash them in warm, soapy water. Dry them with a towel.
Storage: Avoid storing the pans when they are damp or wet. Do not use bleach
or any other unsuitable cleaning chemicals.
Heat Distribution: These stainless steel and aluminum pans are designed to
distribute heat evenly over low, medium, or high heat levels.
However, prolonged exposure to extremely high temperatures may cause slight
discoloration.
Proper Sizing: Always match the pan size to the size of your heat source.
Allowing the heat to extend beyond the base of the pan can lead to
overheating, making the handle hot. Never leave pans unattended, and avoid
heating them empty.
Safety Precautions: When handling lids or handles, always use oven gloves.
When removing lids, lift them away from you to prevent contact with steam.
