eufy SECURITY T7400 Smart Safe Device
Product Information
The Smart Safe is a secure storage device with multiple unlocking options
including a keypad, fingerprint reader, and mechanical lock. It also features
a charging port, charging indicator, sync button, and LED light. The safe is
designed to be mounted on various surfaces and is equipped with a 2.4 GHz Wi-
Fi connection.
The Smart Safe is manufactured by Anker Innovations Limited and is protected
by trademarks. It comes with a 12-month limited warranty.
Product Usage Instructions
Step 1: Unlock Smart Safe
For the first time, you can unlock the Smart Safe using one of the
following options:
Option 1: Default Password
Enter the default password: 123456
Option 2: Backup Key
Use the backup key to unlock the Smart Safe.
Step 2: Add to the Eufy Security App
- Download and install the eufy Security app on your smartphone or tablet.
- Create an account and follow the on-screen instructions to complete the setup process.
- The default password (123456) will expire after setup. Use the eufy Security app to set a new password.
Step 3: Charge Smart Safe
Before using the Smart Safe, make sure to fully charge it using a 5V/2A
adapter. This may take approximately 2 hours.
Step 4: Mount Smart Safe (Optional)
If desired, you can mount the Smart Safe using the screw holes on the
bottom. Follow the instructions based on the type of surface:
Option 1: Wooden Surface
You will need a power drill, pencil, and screwdriver to mount the Smart
Safe on a wooden surface.
Option 2: Surfaces Made out of Hard Materials
You will need appropriate tools and equipment to mount the Smart Safe on
surfaces made out of hard materials.
Note : The battery life of the Smart Safe can last up to 6 months per
charge.

STEP 1. UNLOCK SMART SAFE
Two options are available for unlocking Smart Safe for the first time.
Option 1. Default Password
The default password “123456” will expire after setup. Use the eufy Security app to set a new password.
Option 2. Backup Key
STEP 2. ADD TO THE EUFY SECURITY APP
- Download and install the eufy Security app, then sign up for an account.
- Follow on-screen instructions to complete the setup.
The model T7400 supports 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi only. Make sure the Wi-Fi signal is strong
STEP 3. CHARGE SMART SAFE
Fully charge Smart Safe before first use. This may take 2 hours if you use a 5V/2A adapter.
The battery life can last up to 6 months per charge
STEP 4. MOUNT SMART SAFE (OPTIONAL)
You can mount Smart Safe through the screw holes on the bottom

- The device has been evaluated to meet general RF exposure requirements. The device can be used in fixed/mobile exposure condition. The min separation distance is 20cm.
