INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS
JBL-CPS SERIES CCT & POWER SELECTABLE BOLLARD
WARNING BEFORE YOU BEGIN READ THESE INSTRUCTIONS COMPLETELY AND CAREFULLY.

Risk of electric shock–Disconnect power to equipment before installing or servicing.

This equipment must be installed according to all applicable codes & ordinances.

Install vice of this equipment must be performed by qualified service personnel.

Read these instructor installing, servicing or maintaining this equipment.

Save these instructor maintaining and servicing.

The installer must ensure that the found table and can support the luminaires weight.

The Installer must use proper means to secure the luminaire to the ground.

Edges may cut–wear gloves while handling or servicing this equipment.

Inspect equipment for damage from shipping and handling.

Recommended cleaning substances:
-
Wipe off dust with a dry, someone greasy spots etc. with a swarm water (<122°F/ 50°C) with a mild detergent.

Never use detergents containing abrasives and solvents.
-
Warning: Scouring powder and similar substances will scratch surfaces.
INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS – PREPARATION & INSTALLATION
Step 1: Remove the luminaire (Figure 1) and accessories (Figure 2) from the
carton and inspect luminaire for damage. Do not install a damaged
luminaire.
Step 2: Prepare site. Get the anchor bolt carrier assembled as (Figure 3)
and use it to determine placement of anchor bolts in concrete. Ensure that
concrete base is suitable for the bollard load. Install three anchor bolts
into concrete as peraached drawing, having at least 1-1/2~2” protruding from
concrete with threads free and clear of debris and dirt. (Figure 4)
Step 3: Dis-assembly the fixture by loosening the set screws x3 with hex
wrench. (Figure 5) Lay the fixture down by the side of the installed anchor
bolts. Keep the wires connected. (Figure 6)
Step 4: Place bollard base plate over anchor bolts and ten nuts securing the
base plate to the founders shown on (Figure 7) will not be disconnected during
installed make sure they are in good connecter the base installation.

Step: 5 Put back the fixture body, and ten the set screws x3 with hex wrench. (Figure 8)
