Do not use the appliance in wet areas.

HIGH TEMPERATURE – RISK OF BURNS

This appliance is intended for heating food. The heating elements within the oven compartment may reach red heat during operation. Additionally, any objects within the oven compartment may reach extremely high temperatures.
Do NOT touch the heating elements and any objects in the oven compartment with your skin or heat-sensitive objects during operation and some time thereafter.

  • Always immediately unplug the appliance, if any severe problem occurs during operation (e.g. overheating, fire).
  • Food may catch fire, when overheated. Do not excessively extend the appropriate cooking time. Clean the oven after each use. Ensure that there are no residues of food left within the oven.
  • During operation do not place any objects or tissue on or under the appliance, to avoid risk of overheating. Before operation, always ensure that there are no foreign objects (e.g. unsuited paper, plastic containers, kitchen foil) in the oven compartment and remove all accessories not in use. Only use cooking utensils and vessels that are suited for the temperature you are going to set for cooking (e.g. roasters, grilling pans).
  • Do not operate the appliance without the crumb tray inserted properly. Do not cover the crumb tray or other parts of the oven with foil or baking paper. Do not cook any food on the crumb tray.
  • Even the exterior of the oven and the oven door may become hot during operation. Metal surfaces could heat up, when the oven is operated near or on them. Only touch the appliance at the operating elements, while the appliance may be hot. Use highly heat-resistant oven mitts or grilling utensils for touching and/or moving hot parts.
  • For operation, keep the appliance in an appropriate distance to heatsensitive objects (furniture, walls, boards, curtains, table decoration and other inflammable objects). Do not operate the appliance near inflammable liquids (i.e. high-proof alcohol) or beneath boards or drop-lights to avoid damage caused by steam, condensate or fire.
  • Do not cook food wrapped in unsuited foil or packed in unsuited containers, to avoid risk of intoxication, overheating, fire, electric shock, and damage.
  • When using the “High Temperature” programs (400°C): When noticing that the housing is unusually hot, switch off the appliance and leave it cool down, before next use. Faster cooling is possible, when keeping the oven door open.
  • During operation and some time thereafter, always ensure that the heating elements will not be touched by any food or other objects (e.g. tin foil, spits, baking dishes). Always ensure, that your baking dishes are sufficiently heat-resistant for the temperature, you wish to set (e.g. oven-proof glass, ceramics, metal). When operating the oven via the 400°C programs (“High Temperature”), keep in mind that even oven-proof cooking dishes (pans and pots, cooking bricks, some ceramics, glass) do NOT meet this requirement. Additionally, baking paper may catch fire when heated above 220°C!
  • During operation, hot air and hot steam may escape from the rim of the oven door and ventilation slits. This holds especially, when opening the oven door. Do not hold your hands, face and arms over the appliance during operation and thereafter. Only touch the oven door by the handle.
  • Do not use airtight containers and packs as food and air extend when heated. Therefore, the container or pack may explode. Shortly after operation, only place hot food and accessories (e.g. grilling plate, pizza stone) on heat resistant surfaces. Leave your food cool down sufficiently, before consumption.
  • Always leave the oven and its accessories cool down, before cleaning the oven, removing the crumb tray, or moving the oven.

IMPORTANT NOTES FOR OPERATION

This chapter provides crutial information and valuable tips for operating the oven, therefore making your first tries easier. However, please note that the required settings and preparations depend on the type, freshness and consistency of your food, which may vary with every run. In most cases, recipes are designed for common ovens (e.g. a range) and provide only a clue. They must be adapted to the properties of this oven. But every meal you prepare in your new oven will give some more experience. The special properties of your new oven will support your way to the optimum results.

GENERAL REMARKS

Please note that the time units for setting the cooking time of the normal programs (“15daily Programs”) are hours and minutes, whereas the 400°C programs (“High Temperature”) use minutes and seconds.

  • This oven has a tempered glass door window, which is more resistant to breakage. However, always avoid scratching the door window or knocking against it with hard objects.
  • The crumb tray is obligatory for operation and must be insertet correctly BELOW the lower heating elements.
  • Some programs issue an acoustic signal for placing your food into the oven and/ or turning it.
  • Burning food to charcoal may lead to a lot of smoke and the risk of catching fire. Additionally, your complete meal may get an unpleasant taste. Therefore, before starting a program, ensure that the oven compartment and all used accessories are clean, without any residues of food. This holds especially for the heating elements and the 400°C programms (“High Temperature”).
  • Carefully ensure that your food and cooking dishes will not get too close to the heating elements (minimum distance: 5cm/2inch). When baking food that may rise during heating (e.g. many types of dough), please consider this, before starting the program. Additionally, keep the complete baking process under close supervision.
  • Use oils with a sufficiently high smoke point. For very high temperature settings, canola oil, avocado oil, or grapeseed oil may be suited. Please consider, that the smoke point of cooking oils may depend on the extraction process. For example, different types of olive oil may have remarkably different smoke points. If in doubt, use another type of oil.
  • Even while a normal program (“15daily Programs”) is running, the oven enables changing the temperature and re-adjusting the cooking time within the predefined range of the program according to the desired consistency of your food. just as you like. There are only a few exceptions. Due to the quick respond of the oven, this feature is helpful, when you find out during operation that your first settings are not suited best.
  • The 400°C programs (“High Temperature”) start a preheating program automatically (“Preheat”). An acoustic signal and a remark on the display (“Fill in”) will draw your attention to the moment for inserting your food. When using the grilling plate, place the grilling plate in the oven, before starting the program.
  • When opening the oven door, the oven light illuminates automatically. Additionally, for your safety, the heating elements are deactivated, and “Pause” is shown on the display. Close the oven door to resume operation.
    • Via the light button (bulb icon) you may switch the oven light on and off any time you like.
    • Additionally, the oven issues an acoustic signal and the oven light illuminates automatically, when a program is finished.
    • The oven light goes out automatically after 30 seconds, no matter how it has been switched on.

Useful hints concerning methods and settings are given in the following sections.

MARINATING
Marinates, spices and herbs may improve the taste and consistency of meat and fish. However, consider that some marinades make the usage of high temperature cooking impossible, because the ingredients burn or leave a bitter and unpleasant taste. This holds especially for marinades with sugar, which may be unsuited even for normal oven temperature. For the same reason, some herbs and spices (e.g. capsicum) are unsuited for high temperature cooking.

When using the 400°C programs (“High Temperature”), we generally recommend to avoid marinating. If you wish to use a marinade, you should only use cooking oil with high smoking point and appropriate spices. Dab the food dry thoroughly, before cooking

In most cases, it is best to rub your food with some oil suited for high temperature and use spices after cooking. Perhaps, you may like to serve the meal with some delicious dip or spicy barbacue sauce.

THE BEST METHOD
Please consider that the default values of the oven and the hints given here are only a clue. Especially during your first steps with this oven, check the doneness of your food in time, keeping in mind, that, in comparison to your kitchen range, this oven may

need completely different settings. Expect that the oven will cook your food in much shorter time at lower temperature. Therefore, for finding your individually required settings, we recommend to start with the defaults of the oven.

General Remarks Concerning Preheating

There are different opinions concerning preheating. However, most notes apply to
common baking ovens. But there is a large difference between common ovens and
your new professional oven.

Your new oven heats up the oven compartment and reaches the set temperature in a remarkably short time. The heating elements get especially hot while the oven is heating up. Due to the resulting heat radiation, the cooking process starts already, even when the set temperature is still not reached. Therefore, many tasks do not require any preheating. This is not taken into account in common recipes. We recommend to make your decision in respect of the type of food and your personal likings.

In general: Preheating always consumes energy that will be lost uselessly. However, with some types of food (especially meat and pizza) preheating of the accessorieswithin the oven (grilling plate or pizza stone) may be recommended.

The 400°C programs (“High Temperature”) use a separate preheating function, which will be startet each time automatically.

Even with the 400°C programs (“High Temperature”) in some cases you will place your food into the oven even during preheating, although in most cases (e.g. meat and pizza), this method is not recommended. Especially, when cooking potatoes packed in tin foil, it may be helpful to start the cooking process during preheating, while the high temperature generates the special consistency andflavour.

When cooking very large potatoes in foil, you may start cooking with the Program “FRIES” at 260°C for 30-45 minutes and thereafter use a 400°C program for getting the desired consistency and taste. Give it a try.

In general: Preheat the oven with the empty accessory, when using the grilling plate or pizza stone. When placing your food on the heated accessory, the pores close immediately and the proteins coagulate. Therefore, juices are kept within your meat and the pizza dough does not stick so easily to the surfaces. However, there is no need to preheat the baking tray, grilling rack or frying basket.

To avoid that your food sticks to the accessory: rub meat and fish with some cooking oil, before placing it onto the preheated grilling plate. Pizza will not stick to the baking tray so easily, when spreading some flour below it.

Operation Without Preheating
Prefer the baking tray, grilling rack and/or frying basket. These accessories heat up quickly.

Avoid preheating the oven for thawing, warming, fermenting, drying, and toasting.

Using Preheating

  • If you are going to use a normal program (“15daily Programs”) and wish to preheat the oven, we recommend to run a separate cycle for 3 minutes with 160°C. For this, the program “ROAST” is suited. After your preheating cycle, place your food into the oven. Then set up and start the desired cooking program.
  • When using a 400°C program (“High Temperature“), the automatically started preheating cycle is indicated viathe red “Preheat” message on the display. This preheating function is fixed to 160°C and 8 minutes. If you wish to use the grilling plate, then place it on the grilling rack in the oven, before preheating. An acoustic signal indicates the end of the preheating cycle. When hearing the beeps, place your food in the oven onto the hot grilling plate.

Cooking Until Well-Done
When you wish to cook thicker parts that should be well done (e.g. poultry, pork
trotter), the crust may get too dry and burn, while the required core temperature is not
reached. In this case, you may use the following methods:

  • Rub your food with some cooking oil with high smoke point, before cooking. Turn your food several times during cooking.
  • irst use high temperature for closing the pores (e.g. meat). Maybe you should use the grilling plate and preheat it within the oven. Then reduce the temperature for cooking the parts until done. For the second step, the program “BROIL” is suited.
  • You may cover your food: cook it in a pack of tin foil or use a flat roaster with lid (height: max.6cm; 2 1/4 inch!).
  • When you use the baking tray, a flat roaster or a grilling dish made of thick tin foil, may be you can use the juices / gravy for moistening the crust.
  • You may cook your food first at lower temperature until done. Thereafter, you may get the desired browning by increasing the temperature. When you cooked your food in a pack or roaster, open the vessel  before setting a remarkably higher temperature.

Keep the browning process under close supervision! Depending on your settings and the consistency your food reached already, the oven may produce the desired result within 1-2 minutes, due to the rapid respond to changes of temperature settings.

USING FOIL PACKS

If you wish to cook your food in foil packs, only use thick tin foil. The packs may not be air-tight. If in doubt, pierce the upper part of the foil pack several times. Otherwise, the foil may blow up and burst, when heated, and liquid may run out (e.g. juices, gravy).

One-way grilling dishes may be used in the oven, when there are no plastic parts, paper or card board residues on it.

FROZEN FOOD

For thawing your frozen food, you may use the designated program “DEFROST”. However, whether defrosting is required before cooking or even advisable, depends on the type of food. Please refer to the following hints.

Note Icon It may be necessary to use the baking tray. This will avoid that condensate and juices drip down.

Lebensmittel Das optimale Verfahren
Meat and fish Before cooking, defrost these types of food completely.

Thereafter, dab dry and cook according to the fresh product.
Potato fries| Defrosting may lead to a mushy consistency. Therefore, distribute the potato sticks without thawing on the frying basket and start the “AIR FRY” program at once.
Vegetables and fruit| Defrosting may make some types of vegetables and fruit dry, hard or mushy, or tasteless, because liquids and flavour are washed out with the defrosted water. In most cases, place the desired amount into the oven and bake your food at once without thawing. Possibly, you need to adjust the cooking time accordingly. However, this depends on the type of food. If applicable, refer to your recipe or—with a ready-to-cook product from the supermarket—refer to the instruc- tions on the package.
Pizza| In most cases, there is no need for defrosting a ready-to-bake pizza. Please refer to the hints, given for the program “FROZEN PIZZA” of the “15daily programs” section. When buying a prepared pizza base from the supermar- ket for spreading your own toppings on it, you should defrost the pizza base first. Use the pizza program “Crust Pizza” in the “High Temperature” section (see: ‘Programs, Settings and Accessories’).
Convenience food| It is best to refer to the instructions on the package.

SPECIAL PROPERTIES OF THE 400°C-PROGRAMS — “HIGH TEMPERATURE”

The 400°C programs of your new professional oven are fixed to 400°C. These programs enable a quality of your meal that will be met only via some gas grills. In comparison to this method, the oven heats your food at both sides at a time and most of the energy is preserved within the oven and not lost uselessly.

The cooking times of the 400°C programs are displayed and adjusted in minutes and seconds! Please consider that these short cooking times are adapted to the high temperature. Especially with your first tries, supervise the cooking process carefully and check your food in time. Keep in mind that only some seconds may give the differenz between optimum result and burnt!

When using your own cooking dishes within the oven, please consider that some heat-proof materials are not suited for the extreme temperature of the 400°C programs. We recommend to use exclusively metal cooking dishes. The best choice are the accessories of the oven.

The oven is operated at the limits, when using the 400°C programs. Att he maximum, you may run a 400°C program twice or three times in quick succession to avoid overheating. However, in most cases, it mayb e better to cook your food at lower temperature (e.g. via the program“ FRIES”) until the required core temperature is reached and use high temperature operation for getting the desired consistency of the crust.

IMPORTANT – Your methods and recipes must be adapted to the extrem temperature. For pizza only use thin slices of food. Otherwise, the ingredients may be still raw in the core. When using thicker pieces (e.g. vegetables, slices of pine apple), we recommend the normal program “FROZEN PIZZA” and the pizza stone. The pizza stone is not suited for the 400°C programs! Use the baking tray.

The 400°C programs alway use a preheating function “Preheat”. Use this functionfor preheating the grilling plate or any similar dish for your food.

There are only small benefits, when preheating the baking tray for your pizza, because the baking tray will cool down quickly, when the cold pizza dough is placed on it. Depending on the consistency and humidity of your pizza dough, you may prepare your pizza conveniently on the baking tray, while the preheating function of the oven is running. However, do not forget to spread some flour below the pizza base. This may prevent the pizza from sticking to the baking tray.

PROGRAMS, SETTINGS, ACCESSORI

ES

IMPORTANT – The frying basket only fits into the upper rail.

For some programs, temperature or cooking time have optimized factory settings that cannot be changed. In some cases, these settings are not displayed.

FOR EXAMPLE – with the programs for toasting (“TOAST” and “BAGEL”) you may only set the browning (button: “TEMP / DARKNESS”; Display: “Dark”). This setting cannot be changed, while the program is running. In general, all 400°C programs use the same temperature and you can only set the cooking time, before starting the program. However, the settings are shown on the display, while the program is running.

NORMAL PROGRAMS—“15DAILY PROGRAMS”

Most normal programs enable the adjustment of temperature and cooking time even after starting the program. Due to the fast respond of the oven to changes of the temperature settings, this property is useful, if you wish to cook your food at varying temperature settings or when a correction of the temperature is necessary, while a program is running.

Some programs issue an acoustic signal at half of the cooking time. Use this feature for turning your food.

To avoid overheating your food, please consider that all cooking times for the normal programs are given in hours and minutes. For example: 1:10 means 1 hour and 10 minutes.

The oven offers the following normal programs for the temperature range of 35°C to 260°C.

Programm| Temperature| Hours : Minutes| Accessories| Usage, Functions and Methods

PROFESSIONAL GRILLING PROGRAMS—“HIGH TEMPERATURE”

With the 400°C programs, the temperature is fixed to 400°C. Via these programs, the oven can simulate the conditions on a charcoal grill without the unhealthy smoke of burnt fat and juices. However, please notice that only a few seconds may be the difference between a perfect result and a burnt meal.

WARNING – DO NOT use baking paper with the 400°C programs. This baking aid is suited only for temperatures up to 220°C. It may burn to charcoal and/or catch fire, when overheated. Keep in mind that some types of food are not suited for cooking at extreme temperature.

The oven may produce some smoke—just like a charcoal grill. Therefore, ensure good ventilation and carefully supervise the cooking process. Cancel the program immediately (“RESET” button), when a problem occurs (e.g. the complete oven compartment fills up with thick smoke or fire in the oven compartment).

When starting a 400°C program in several consecutive cycles, please regularly check the housing of the appliance against overheating. When noticing that the housing gets unusual hot even at the front part and oven door, leave the appliance cool down, before starting the next heating cycle. This will prevent injuries, damage to the appliance, and risk of fire. Leave the oven door open during cooling.

We recommend the pizza programs in the “High Temperature” section (“Crust”, “Fresh”, “WoodFire”) only for Pizza with cheese, thin slices of ham and a little vegetable. With large size vegetable, meat, and sea food, please change to the “FROZEN PIZZA” program (“15daily Programs” section), because these ingredients need some more cooking time.

IMPORTANT – for all “High Temperature” programs: The cooking time is given
in minutes and seconds.

FOR EXAMPLE – 2:40 is indicating 2 minutes and 40 seconds.

The Recommended Accessories
For using the baking tray or grilling plate, the grilling rack is required always.

iMPORTANT – When using a 400°C program, DO NOT use the pizza stone, but use the baking tray instead.

Always bake your pizza directly on the baking tray. We recommend to spread a little flour onto the baking tray, before placing your pizza on it. This will avoid that the pizza dough sticks to the baking tray. The grilling plate is suited best for beef steak and other types of meat, which may tolerate high temperature. Delicate types of meat (e.g. poultry) may need to be cooked well- done at lowertemperature. For this food select one of the “15daily programs” (e.g.“ WINGS ”).

An additional oppertunity is baking your food in high-grade tin foil (e.g. fish, potatoes). If your food will not giveoff juices (e.g. potatoes), you may place the pack directly onto the grilling rack or frying basket. When juices may drip, it is best to place your packs onto the grilling plate or baking tray. The consistency and taste of your food may meet the quality of cooking on a charcoal grill or in a campfire. Maybe, the selected program must be started more than once.

Always ensure that the housing of the appliance will not overheat, when starting the 400°C programs in several consecuting cycles. When noticing that the front side of the oven and the oven door get unusual hot, leave the oven cool down for at least 20 minutes with the oven door open.

The following table gives information on the settings and usage of the 400°C programs.

BEFORE FIRST USE

WARNING – DO NOT let children play with the appliance, or any part of it, or the packaging! Do not leave the appliance, any part of it, or the packaging unattended, when they are in reach of children and/or animals.

Do not place or immerse the appliance or power cord in water or other liquids. Do not pour any liquids on the exterior of the appliance or the power cord. Do not pour or spill any liquids in the oven compartment. Wipe dry any spilled water immediately. Do not place the appliance or any of its parts or accessories in an automatic dishwasher.

  1. Unpack the appliance and all accessories carefully. Check that no parts are damaged or missing (see: ‘Knowing Your New Oven’). Carefully remove all shipping materials and promotional materials, but do not remove any warning or information labels (e.g. the model label).
  2. Place the appliance on a suitable workspace near a wall power outlet. Ensure that the power outlet is always accessible. The workspace must be dry, stable, heat-resistant and level (see: ‘Important Safeguards’).
  3. Insert the crumb tray at the bottom of the oven compartment (see: ‘Operation / Preparations’). Additionally, place all accessories dedicated for heating food (grilling rack, pizza stone, baking tray, grilling pan, frying basket) in the oven compartment.
  4. Ensure good ventilation. Prepare the appliance for operation. Select the normal program “AIR FRY” (section: “15daily Programs”) and adjust the cooking time to 10 minutes. Let the oven operate until “End” is shown on the display (see: ‘Operation’).
  5. Let the appliance and its accessories cool down with the oven door open.
  6. Before first use and after an elongated period of storage, clean the appliance and its parts (see: ‘Care and Cleaning’). The appliance and its accessories are now ready for cooking your food.

OPERATION

WARNING – Always ensure that the appliance and all its parts are out of reach of children younger than 8 years. Do not leave the appliance unattended, while it is in reach of children and animals.

WARNING – When liquid ran out, malfunction occurs, or thick smoke fills up the oven compartment, always immediately unplug the appliance. Leave the oven door closed, while letting the appliance cool down under close supervision.

WARNING – RISK OF BURNS – Some parts of the appliance may get hot during operation and hot steam, hot condensate and fat may escape or drip.

During operation and some time thereafter: Do not place any items on the appliance. Only touch the appliance at the operating elements (buttons, handle). Do not move the appliance and keep the oven door closed as far as possible. The heating elements may reach red-heat, shortly after a program is started. Always ensure that neither your skin nor your food touches the heating elements. Do not use any sprays in or near the oven. Do not use any spray-on non-stick coatings within the oven compartment or on theaccessories.

WARNUNG – Food may catch fire when heated. Additionally, baking paper is NOT SUITED for usage with the 400°C programs (section: “High Temperature”), because, from a temperature of 220°C on, it may catch fire without any further sorces of ignition!

Please refer to the information given in chapter ‘Important Notes for Operation’.

PREPARATION

WARNING – Please keep in mind that your food must always keep sufficient distance to the heating elements(5cm/2inch) during the complete cooking cycle. Otherwise, your food may be burnt and may even catch fire. This is crucial especially when using the 400°C programs and/or when your food will rise during heating (e.g. most types of dough). In these cases, supervise the cooking process carefully.

  1. Preparing your food : Remove all packaging that is not suited for cooking in an oven (e.g. plastic, paper, cardboard). Wash fresh food and remove all inedible parts. Cut large pieces to slices of max. 6 cm (2 1/2 inch). Dap dry wet food (e.g. meat, fish, thawed pieces). According to your recipe, you may rub the food with a suited cooking oil.

    • When using normal programs (“15daily Programs”) you may marinate your food (especially meat) and/or spread some spices and herbs on it.
    • When using the 400°C programs (“High Temperature”), you should exclusively nuse oil with high smoke point.
For some preparations, the oven offers useful programs in the “15daily Programs” section (e.g. defrosting, rising of dough; see: ‘Programs, Settings, Accessories’).
  2. Using packed food: In most cases, you will cook your food without any packaging. However, if you wish to cook packed food, only wrap your food in highgrade tin foil. Ready-to-bake convenience food must be packed in tin bowls without any coatings. Carefully remove any plastic or cardboard parts. Otherwise, transfer your food into another oven-proof vessel. The packs may NOT be airtight. If in doubt, pierce the foil on top several times. Otherwise, the foil will blow up, be torn and juices may run out.

  3. Selecting the appropriate accessories: Select the requied accessories according to the tables in chapter ‘Programs, Settings, Accessories’. Advice concerning preheating is given in section ‘Important Notes for Operation / The Best Method’.

    • When you can skip any preheating, place your food onto the selected accessory and push it into the oven.
    • When preheating of the accessory is crucial, you may place the accessory into the oven without any food (grilling plate or pizza stone).
In most cases, the grilling rack is required as a support for other accessories. Push the grilling rack in the lower rail with the bend side facing upwards and to the rear wall of the oven. Only the frying basket is used without the grilling rack. The frying basket may be used only in the upper rail. Baking tray, grilling rack, and frying basket do not need any preheating.
IMPORTANT – Burnt residues of food, oil and juices may smoke and catch fire during operation. Additionally, they may cause an unpleasant and bitter aftertaste of your food. Therefore, it is crucial to start your cooking session in a clean oven on clean accessories.
  4. Preparing the Oven: Ensure that the oven compartment and used accessories are completely clean. Especially; check the heating elements.

    • Push the crumb tray into the oven compartment below the lower heating elements. The bent edge must face upwards and to the front of the oven. Close the oven door.
    • Connect the appliance to the power supply. The default settings illuminate on the display: within the section “15daily Programs” the program “AIR FRY” flashesand the values 17 minutes (“0:17”) and “230°C” are shown on the display.

IMPORTANT – The crumb tray is essential for operation and must be inserted correctly.

SELECTING THE PROGRAM
Start via picking out the required oven program. In chapter ‘Programs, Settings, Accessories’ information on the available programs in the sections “15daily Programs” (normal programs) and “High Temperature” (400°C programs) are given in combination with the assigned values and several tips for using the programs. The displayed values, possible settings and signals given by the oven during runtime of the program depend on the selected program.

When noticing that the required settings are not accessible, you should go back to the program selection. Press the RESET button and make another selection. The accessible settings for each program are given in section ‘Programs, Settings, Accessories’.

For using a normal program („15daily Programs“): turn the selection dial, until the required program flashes.

For using a 400°C program (“High Temperature”): touch the appropriate button.

The default values of the selected program are shown on the display.

Note Icon If you wish to cancel a running program, or if you do not know how to proceed, press the RESET button. This will delete all current settings and go back to the standby mode with 4 dashes shown on the display. If required, press any button or turn the selection dial to make the oven start again with the default settings.
