CAUTION
DO NOT place any credit cards or other types of magnetic material near the charging pad. This product can ONLY be charged using the provided adapters and cables. Do not attempt to disassemble the wireless charging pad as it may short circuit or damage the product. Keep this product in a dry and ventilated space. Do not place in direct heat or use in high humidity environments. Do not use organic solvents to clean the surface.

Using your Qi 2.0 Wireless Charging Pad

  1. Connect the USB-C™ cable to the USB-C port on your Qi 2.0 Wireless Charging Pad.
  2. Plug the USB-C connector into the wall charger.
  3. Plug in the wall charger.
  4. Place your Qi-enabled device on the Fast Wireless Charging
  5. Pad with the screen facing up. The LED is white when your device is charging.

Charging Indicator Light Status

  • ORANGE LIGHT: The device is not charging properly.
  • Please reposition your device until you see the white light come on.
  • WHITE LIGHT: The device is charging.

Limited Lifetime Warranty

This product is fully warranted against defects in materials and workmanship for the lifetime of the product, so long as the manufacturer continues to make this product. If a product fails due to a manufacturing defect, we will replace it upon proper proof of purchase by the original purchaser. Replacement products will be subject to shipping and handling charges. Damages through normal wear and tear, alteration, misuse, neglect, accident, or service by anyone other than the
authorized service centre, or act of God, are not covered by this warranty.
