Product Usage Instructions
Charging Devices
- Connect the USB-A to USB-C cable to the USB-C port on the base of the Duo Magnetic Wireless Charger.
- Insert the USB-A connector into the included wall charger and plug it into a power outlet.
- Place your device on the charging pad. Charging will start automatically.
Charging Indicator Light Status
The indicator light on the Magnetic Charging Stand provides information.
- SOLID BLUE: The device is charging.
- FLASHING BLUE: The device is not charging properly. Reposition your device until the light turns solid blue.
- SOLID GREEN: The Charger is idle and ready to charge.
Note: The indicator light will flash blue and green before remaining green in standby mode.
Important Notes
Avoid placing magnetic materials near the charging pad. Use only the provided adapters and cables for charging. Do not disassemble the charging pad.

Using your Fast Wireless Charging Pad
- Connect the USB-A to USB-C cable to the USB-C port on the base of the Duo Magnetic Wireless Charger.
- Insert the USB-A connector into the included wall charger and plug the charger into the wall.
- Place the back of your Apple iPhone MagSafe device against the Duo Magnetic Wireless Charger stand until it automatically aligns and snaps into place.” Charging will begin automatically.
- To charge a second device or AirPods, simply place it on the base of the Duo Magnetic Wireless Charger. Charging will begin automatically.
- Works with MagSafe cases. Non-MagSafe cases must be removed before charging.
- AirPods 2nd generation or newer.
Charging Indicator Light Status for Magnetic Charging Stand:
- SOLID BLUE: The device is charging.
