Product Usage Instructions
Power-on and Pairing
- Take both earphones out from the charging case to power them on (white LED blinks).
- To pair, put both earphones into the charging case to activate them, then take them out. They will automatically power on and pair with each other.
- Search for ‘AG04’ on your mobile phone and connect it.
Power-off and Switch Mode
- To power off, put the earphones back into the charging case, and they will auto-power off (LED will be solid white).
- To switch modes, press the MF button on the left or right earbuds for 2 seconds to switch between Normal/Passthrough/ANC modes.
Charging
- Insert the earphones into the charging case for charging. The LED will be solid white during charging and turn off when fully charged.
- To charge the case, use a Type C cable. The red LED will flash during charging and turn solid red when fully charged.
FAQs
Q: What should I do if my earphones fail to connect?
A: Try the following steps: Take out both earphones, then re-insert them into the case to activate the earphones. If earphones fail to be charged, charge the case via Type C cable.
Q: How do I reject an incoming call?
A: Press the MF button on the left or right earphone for 2 seconds to reject the incoming call. Alternatively, use your mobile phone to reject the call.
Q: How do I activate voice assistant?
A: When on standby, touch the left/right earphones three times to activate the voice assistant (like Siri).
OVERVIEW
For first-time pairing
Take out both two earphones, then re-insert them into the case to activate the earphones.
Notes:
If earphones fail to be charged, pis charge the case via Type C cable (for
details, pls follow the below steps).
How to Pair
- Put both earphones into the charging case to activate them, then take them out, both earphones will auto-power on and pair with each other.
- After one side white LED blinks quickly, and the other side’s white LED flashes slowly.
- Then search AG04 on mobilephone and connect it.
Notes: If fail to connect, pls try the following steps by hand.
- Take one of the earbuds out of the charging case.
- When the white LED blinks quickly, a long touch sensor area for 6s, with LED turnoff, put the earbud back into the charging case.
- Take out the other earbud and do the same operation.
Take both earbuds out of the charging case at the same time, when one side’s white LED blinks quickly, the other side’s white LED flashes slowly (flashes every 10 seconds), and then both sides are connected successfully. Search AG04 on a mobilephone and connect it.
FUNCTIONS

Power-on
Take earphones out from the charging case and they will auto power on. (white LED blinks) -
Power-off
Put earphones back into the charging case, it will auto power off (LED will be solid white) -
Switch mode
Press the MF button on the left or right earbuds for 2 seconds to switch Normal / Passthrough/ ANC on the mode by Tums -
Play/Pause
When listening to music, touch the right/left earphone twice to play/pause. -
Voice Assistant
When standing, touch left/right earphones three times to activate voice assistant (like siri) -
Reject
Press the MF button on the left or right earphone for 2 seconds to reject the incoming call. Or use your mobile phone to reject the incoming call. -
Answer Call/Hang up call
Touch the left or right earphone twice to answer the incoming call and touch twice again to end it. -
Charge the earphones
Insert the earphones into the charging case, the LED will be solid white when charging, and after fully charging, the white LED will turn off. -
Charge the case
Please charge the case via Type C cable. The red LED flashes when charging, and turns to solid red when fully charged, When in low battery, the white LED flashes 4 times and turns off.

- If the earphones is left unused for over two weeks, please recharge it periodically.
- Please use the chargers made by qualified manufacturer.
- If the earphones cannot be found by your phone, please check whether it is in pairing mode; if left disconnected for a long while, the earphones will exit pairing mode, please re-enter the mode, if a procedure error of your phone occurs, reboot it; if a procedure error of the earphones occurs, reboot or reset it.
