KINDLY REMINDERS

  1. If the emitter can not control the fan, learning code matching mode is used between emitter and receiver.

Turn “ON” the supply power within 10 seconds and press the emitter’s ” ” button for 5 seconds, it can load normally after hearing a long sound “bee”, which means learning successfully and it can works normally. (PS: Learning mode is not accepted after turn “ON” the supply power for 10 seconds).

  • When the emitter cannot control the receiver, please check the battery switch touching normally or not, correction of the positive and negative, full or empty of the power.
  • When the emitter cannot control the receiver, please check is there any existence of similar remote controlled products nearby, then check whether they works, because remote controlled product with the same frequency will disturb each other.
  • When the emitter cannot control the receiver, please check is there any existence of similar remote controlled products nearby, then check whether they works, because remote controlled product with the same frequency will disturb each other.
  • Low voltage of battery will affect the sensitivity of the emitter and the signal reception accordingly (the indicated light will flash out its warming when the battery get low voltage), must replace if the battery is getting low voltage.
  • Please take out the battery from the emitter when leaving unused for long time.
  • When installing the fan, the fan ceiling cover don’t press the antenna (or other wire), it is easy to breakdown the wire and short-circuited.

The features of Button Wall Control

  1. It is an adsorption structure and has 2 uses. Placed on the wall as a wall control or removed as a remote control, it is up to your needs.
  2. It can control the ceiling fan combining with the remote control. Double controllers can reduce the risk of no device controlling the fan with light.
  3. The pairing method is simple. Easy to replace the wall control.
  4. It has the complete same function as the remote control. The LED indicator light can clearly show the working status.

Power Supply:
110V household electricity.
Please turn off the main power before the installation.

Note:
The wall control pairing can not be cancelled. Please do not pair the wall control with multiple ceiling fans with lights, otherwise multiple ceiling fans with lights will work at the same time.

AC86/CK86(DC)
After the power switch is on, you can hear the “beep” sound, and must press the ”Light   ON/OFF” button on the wall control immediately. The wall control pairing is successful when you hear a long “beep” sound.

Tips:
Please ensure that you follow the above steps and complete the entire process within 30 seconds after the power is on. If the pairing fails, please power off the fan, and power on it in 10 seconds. Then follow the above steps again.

Installation Steps

CK86(AC)/CK86(DC)

  • Turn off the main. power and remove the socket.

  • Use a flat-blade. screwdriver to pry the wall control panel.
    Installation Steps

  • Insert the corresponding wire into the wire hole.
    Installation Steps

  • Screw the wall control on the 86 type bottom box and install the panel.

IMPORTANT:PAIRING BETWEEN REMOTE AND RECEIVER

  1. Within the 30s after turning “ON” the power supply, press the transmitter’s “STOP” button for 5s. Then press the transmitter’s “8H” button until the pairing is successfully activated and all functions will work normally.

IMPORTANT NOTES

The first step of pairing must be performed within 30s after turning “ON” the power supply.

  1. 1(a). When pairing multiple fans, please ensure the isolation switch or the power supply to the first installed fan is turned off prior to pairing further fans. Please pair one fan at a time.
1(b). Please ensure the isolation switch is kept “ON”. The isolation switch can not act as a light switch as it will impair the remote receiver.

  2. When the transmitter’s functions are disabled, please check the battery orientation and power level. Low battery voltage will affect your transmitter’s functions and your fan’s operation.Other remote controls nearby using the same frequency may interfere with your fan’s receiver.

  3. Please remove batteries from the transmitter if not used for a long period of time.

  4. Remote supports 200w maximum lighting.

IMPORTANT REMINDERS

  1. Note: The receiver must be correctly installed in the fan’s hanging bracket.
  2. When the transmitter cannot control the receiver, please check the battery level and check if similar remote controls your fan nearby and interferes with each other.
  3. Battery’s low power will affect the transmitter’s sensitivity and the signal reception accordingly. You must replace the battery if its power is low.
  4. Please take the battery out of the transmitter to avoid battery leaks when not used for a long time.
  5. Isolation switch must be connected in the line.
  6. When a blackout or otherwise circumstances happen, the light will work normally after the electricity restores.

Please always make sure that the fan is powered off before cleaning or maintaining.

PROTECTIVE FUNCTIONS OF THE RECEIVER

Lock protection – The DC motor has a built-in safety feature against blade or motor obstruction during operation. If something obstructs the fan blades or motor, the motor will keep trying to run and then stop operation after 30s.

Please remove obstacles and reset.

To reset: Turn the fan off by remote transmitter and then turn the fan on.

Tips

  1. If your fan automatically operates after installing and powering on, it is because your fan has memorized the previous factory setting. Use the universal mode or enable the learning function and your fan will be ready for use.
  2. If the fan or light does not work reset the power (turn the power off and then turn the power back on 5s later) and reset the learn function.
  3. You can not operate several fans with one remote control in oneroom, when these fans are powered by one source. If you need to control several fans in one room, these fans must be powered by different sources. For example, use different switches to control these fans.
  4. When you turn on the fan and enable its forward/reverse function, the fan slightly wobbles & goes back & forth until it turns. That is normal as it needs several seconds to run.

MAINTENANCE

  1. Periodical cleaning your new ceiling fan is the only required maintenance.
  2. Use a soft brush or lint free cloth to clean, avoiding scratching the fan’s paint.
  3. Abrasive cleaning agents may damage the fan’s paint.

Periodically confirm that the screws of fan blades and motor assembly are secured.

Warming
Do not use water when cleaning your ceiling fan. It may damage the motor or the blades or even evoke an electrical shock.

BALANCING FAN / WOBBLING TROUBLE SHOOTING

Please note that all ceiling fans are not the same, even in the same model—some may move more or less than others.
Movement of several centimeters is acceptable and does not suggest the fan will fall down.

Even though all blades are grouped by weight, it is impossible to eliminate wobble. Ceiling fans tend to slightly wobble during operating.

TRY THE FOLLOWING WAY TO REDUCE WOBBLE

  1. Confirm that all blades’ screws are tightened.

  2. Fan’s wobble may result from inconsistent blade level. Please check if blades are level by measuring the distance from each blade tip to the ceiling.
Note: If blades do not keep level:

    • Be sure blades’ screwsare not too tight or too loose.
    • A distorted blade can cause wobble. Please check all blades.
  3. You can check if fan blades are level using a household ruler.
Measure the distance from each fan blade’s tip to the floor and compare the data. So that you can know whether blades are in alignment or are distorted, or screws loose.

BALANCING KIT

A balancing kit is accompanying to reduce wobble. Please stow away the kit and instructions.
