Reference the letters printed on the brackets to determine mounting locations

ATTENTION : Refer to the D or P labelling on the tubes to determine the Driver or Passenger side steps.

PROCEDURE:
REMOVE CONTENTS FROM BOX. VERIFY ALL PARTS ARE PRESENT. READ INSTRUCTIONS CAREFULLY BEFORE STARTING INSTALLATION. SIDE STEPS OR RUNNING BOARDS MUST BE REMOVED BEFORE INSTALLATION.

STEP 1
Start installation on the Passenger/Right front of the of the vehicle. Locate the (4) pairs of mounting holes along the pinch weld (Fig 1). NOTE: Installation will use the 1st, 2nd and 4th mounting locations. Move to the front mounting location close to the front wheel opening. Locate the threaded mounting hole in the floor directly behind the mounting holes in the pinch weld (Fig 2).

STEP 2
Select the Passenger/Right Front Support Bracket (FJ ig 3). Attach the Support Bracket to the back of the pinch weld with the included (2) 6mm Hex Bolts, (4) 6mm Flat Washers and (2) 6mm Nylon Lock Nuts (Fig 4). NOTE: Insert bolts from the outside of the pinch weld and through the Support Bracket. DO NOT tighten hardware.

STEP 3 Next, select the Passenger/Right Front Mounting Bracket D (Fig 3). Attach the Mounting Bracket to the threaded hole in the floor with the included (1) 8mm x 35mm Hex Bolt, (1) 8mm Lock Washer and (1) 8mm Flat Washer (Figs 5 & 6). Attach the Mounting Bracket to the rear facing side of the tab on the Support Bracket with the incJ luded (1) 10mm x 30mm Hex Bolt, (2) 10mm Flat Washers and (1) 10mm Nylon Lock Nut. DO NOT tighten hardware.

STEP 4
Move to the 2nd mounting location (Fig 7). Select the Passenger/Right Center Support Bracket (FK ig 8). Repeat STEP 2 to attach the Bracket to the back of the pinch weld (Fig 9). Select the Passenger/Right Center Mounting Bracket E (Fig 8). Repeat STEP 3 to attach the Mounting Bracket to the front facing side of the tab on the Support Bracket with the included (1) 10mm x 30mm Hex Bolt, (2) 10mm Flat Washers and (1) 10mm Nylon Lock Nut (Figs 10 & 11). DO NOT fully tighten hardware at this time.

STEP 5
Continue to the last mounting location close to the rear wheel opening (Fig 12). Select the Passenger/Right Rear Support Bracket L (Fig 13). Repeat STEP 2 to attach the Bracket to the back of the pinch weld (Fig 14). Select the Passenger/Right Rear Mounting Bracket (FF ig 13). Repeat STEP 3 to attach the Mounting Bracket to the front facing side of the tab on the Support Bracket with the included (1) 10mm x 30mm Hex Bolt, (2) 10mm Flat Washers and (1) 10mm Nylon Lock Nut (Fig 15). DO NOT fully tighten hardware at this time.

STEP 6
Carefully unwrap the TYGER LanderX. Select the Passenger/Right TYGER LanderX. Line up the TYGER LanderX with the (3) Mounting Brackets. Attach the Drop Step to the Brackets with the included (6) 8mm x 25mm Combo Hex Bolts (Figs 16-18).

STEP 7 Level and adjust the TYGER LanderX and tighten all hardware.
STEP 8 Repeat STEPS 1-7 for driver/left side TYGER LanderX installation.
STEP 9 Do periodic inspections to the installation to make sure that all hardware is secure and tight.
