QUICK START GUIDE
CHARGING A DEVICE USING THE WIRELESS CHARGING PAD
- Connect the Wireless Charging Pad via the USB-C port to a power source*, using the included USB-C cable. Ensure your power source is Quick Charge compatible to achieve a 15W fast charge
- Place a compatible device on the charging pad, aligned to the centre of the pad optimal charge. Alignment may vary by device. Due to technical differences with various devices, please refer to your device manufacturer specifications for compatibility
*Power source options
include USB-C connection to an AC power adapter, a car charger or
computer/notebook. 4
QUICK START GUIDE
LED CHARGING INDICATOR
- Red and blue lights will flash alternately when charging pad is first connected to power. The blue light will stay illuminated when charging pad begins to charge the device
- For Android devices, the light will turn red when the phone is fully charged and charging will stop
- For iPhone, the light will remain blue and continue charging. iPhones will manage their battery levels to prevent overcharging
- The charging pad will stop charging and the LED charging indicator will flash blue if there is a foreign body or incompatible device placed on the charging pad
Note: Some cases may interfere with wireless charging performance and may even result in intermittent or discontinued charging. Cases containing metal or magnets not associated with MagSafe compatibility or with a thickness of more than 3mm should be removed prior to charging.

- Do not attempt to power this device using any method, apparatus, or connection other than a USB-C cable
- Do not disassemble this device or attempt to modify it in any manner
- Do not put metal objects or magnets between the device and the wireless charging surface
All Sprout products go through thorough quality assurance inspections. If you find that your device is excessively hot, is emitting odour, is deformed, abraded, cut or is experiencing or demonstrating an abnormal phenomenon, immediately stop all product use and contact Sprout.
CONSUMER GUARANTEE
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian
Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure
and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are
also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be
of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure. If

Your 15W Single Wireless Charging Pad is warranted to the original owner for
24 months from the date of purchase against defects in material and
workmanship under normal use and service. The warranty does not cover misuse
of this product and liability will not exceed the purchase price of the
product.
