Intended use

This product is an electronic device intended to massage the entire body. It is not intended for use on the head, face or genital areas. Not suitable for application to infants or animals. Children or persons lacking physical dexterity or mental capacity should use the product only under supervision. This is a product intended for private use and not for commercial or medical purposes.
This product is only intended for the purposes described in the manual. The supplier is released from liability for any injury or damage caused by using the product outside of its intended use.

Always observe the following precautions when using ‘the Mas- sage Gun Mini’, hereinafter referred to as ‘the product’.

General

Before first use, remove all packaging material and any stickers.
Be aware of the risks and consequences associated with incorrect use of the product. Improper use of the product can lead to personal injury and damage to the product.
Do not disassemble, repair or repair the product. This may damage the product. For your safety, these parts should only be replaced by authorized service personnel.
Always send the product to the service center for repairs to avoid damage and personal injury.
Use the product only for the purposes indicated in this manual.
Do not use accessories not offered by the supplier. They may pose a danger to the user and damage the product.
Before each use, inspect the parts and accessories for damage or wear (cracks/breaks) that could impair function and if so, replace them with original parts and accessories recommended by the manufacturer.
If the product is not working properly, has been dropped or is damaged, do not use the product and contact our customer service.
If this is your first time using the product, it is important to read the manual and instructions carefully.
Keep the product away from heat, areas where the temperature is relatively high, and heat sources such as ovens.
The product is designed and intended for private use. Do not use the product for commercial purposes.
Do not expose the product to direct sunlight, extreme temperatures, humidity or wet environments for an extended period of time.
Do not store explosive substances such as aerosols containing flammable propellant near or in the product.
Keep long hair and items such as ties, scarves, and necklaces away from the product. These may get caught and cause bodily injury and/or damage to the product.
Provide free space around the motor housing. Keep the vents of the motor housing free from dust and lint to prevent fire, and never expose them to liquids or flammable materials such as newspapers, napkins, tea towels, etc.
The product is suitable for both indoor and outdoor use. The product has an IPx3 rating, please keep that in mind when using the product.

Persons

The product is not suitable for animals.
Keep the product and cord out of the reach of children.
To avoid electric shock, do not allow pets or small children to chew on the power cord.
Do not let children play with the product. Use and store the product out of the reach of children.
Place the product out of reach of (domestic) animals.
Do not use the product if you are tired, have taken medication or drank alcohol. This may cause personal injury.
This product may be used by children 8 years of age and older, provided that they are properly instructed and informed as to the safe use of the product and understand its potential hazards. Cleaning and maintenance of the product should not be performed by children unless they are over 8 years of age and supervised.
The product may be used by people with physical or mental disabilities, provided they are properly supervised and informed about the safe use of the product and understand the potential hazards involved.

Medical use

If you experience pain or discomfort while using the product, stop immediately and consult your doctor.

This product is not a substitute for treatment from a physician or physiotherapist. Chronic complaints can worsen.
Consult a physician before using the product if you have unexplained pain, are undergoing medical treatment or use medical equipment.
Do not use the product if you have circulation problems and do not use the product in areas that are sensitive to heat. This can lead to burns!
Do not use the product or consult a doctor: if you are pregnant; if you have a pacemaker or other electronic implants, artificial joints, high blood pressure, heart problems, cerebral atherosclerosis, cerebral thrombosis, fractures, malignant tumors, circulation problems, varicose veins, open wounds,
bruises, broken skin, inflammation of the veins, jaundice, diabetes, have nerve disorders, acute inflammation or other health problems; during or immediately after strenuous exercise; immediately after showering, taking a bath, or after the sauna; if you have drunk alcohol; during or immediately after eating; if you have a fever; if you have unexplained pain, are undergoing medical treatment or use medical equipment; if you have one or more of the following conditions: circulation problems, varicose veins, open wounds, bruises, broken skin, inflammation of the veins.
Do not use the product; on burnt or sensitive skin; swollen or inflamed areas; areas with poor circulation, broken or injured skin, bruises or skin irritations; on unconscious or sleeping people; in the same place, in bed for a long time. This can cause symptoms or pain.

Use

Do not use the product near a bath, shower, swimming pool, or near a basin or sink filled with water. Do not touch the product and power cord with wet hands. Make sure that the product does not come into contact with water. Do not immerse the product in water. If water does get in or on the product, turn the product off immediately and contact our customer service.
Do not cover the product when it is on. Never place pillows or blankets on or against the product. This could result in a fire hazard, electric shock, personal injury or damage to the product.
Do not insert fingers or objects into the product when it is on. Doing so may result in personal injury and damage to the product.
Keep your fingers and hair away from the rotating parts when the product is on. This may cause personal injury.
Never insert fingers, other body parts, pencils or other objects into the product when the power cord is plugged in.

Keep the appliance away from extreme heat sources or direct sunlight.
Never leave the product unattended when in use.
Do not use the product in the same place for more than 3 minutes or more than 30 minutes at a time. Stop use immediately if chafing or other discomfort occurs.
Do not use the product on wet skin. This may cause personal injury.

Electronics

If the power fails during use, turn off the product immediately and unplug the power cord.
If the surface of the product is cracked, please turn off the product to avoid electric shock.
Periodically inspect both power cord and plug for signs of damage or wear, and if any, do not operate the product and have the power cord and/or plug replaced or repaired by authorized service personnel.
Do not immerse the product, power cord or plug in water. If water does get inside or on the product, turn the product off immediately and contact our customer service department.
Use and store the product so that the cables cannot be damaged.
To avoid electric shock, do not use the product if you suspect that the power cord or plug is damaged. A damaged power cord or plug must be repaired or replaced by a professional (an authorized distributor).
Unplug the product and turn off the product when not in use and before cleaning the product.
Do not unplug the product by pulling on the power cord. This may cause fire or electric shock.
If black smoke comes out of the product, unplug the power cord immediately. Wait for the smoke to clear before removing the contents of the product and contact our customer service.

Do not place the cable(s) on hot surfaces or near oil.

Do not move the product by pulling or twisting the cord.

If the battery pack leaks, contact your local municipality or household waste collection service for information on how best to dispose of it.

RECEIVING YOUR SHIPMENT

When receiving your shipment, make sure that the contents are consistent with the packing list. Notify your distributor of any missing items. If the equipment appears to be damaged, file a claim immediately with the carrier and notify your distributor at once, giving a detailed description of any damage. Save the
damaged packing container to substantiate your claim.

OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS

Charging
To charge the product, connect the USB-C plug to the charging point of the product. The USB-A plug connects to a designated outlet or charging adapter. The charging adapter plugs into an electrical outlet.

Red light is flashing: the battery level is low.
Red light on: the battery is charging.
Green light is on: the battery is fully charged.

Attachments
Never (de)assemble an attachment when the product is on!

The product has 4 different attachments that you need to mount on the product before use:

Ball: For massaging sensitive and painful areas.
U-shape: For massaging the spine and neck.
Bullet: Targeted massage such as for hands, feet, and knots in the muscles.
Flat: For massaging large muscle groups and general use.

How to use

Take the desired attachment and push it into the designated hole in the handle. ironic
Press the power button for 2 seconds to turn on the product.
Press the speed button repeatedly to set the desired speed.
By default, the product is set to speed setting 1. The speed indicator shows the set speed.
Hold the massage head (attachment) on the desired muscle and slowly move over your skin.
Press the on/off button for 2 seconds to turn the product off.

The higher the speed, the higher the intensity of the massage will be. Herewith an indication of the speeds:

One blue light: For warming up muscles or very sensitive muscles.
Two blue lights: For soothing tired or sore muscles.
Three blue lights: For relaxing stiff muscles.
Four blue lights: For massaging very stiff muscles or deeply tense knots.
Four scrolling blue lights: Automatically adjusts massage strength and speed based on your pressure force.

Automatic shutdown

The product will automatically turn off in some situations: Low battery: When the voltage drops to 7.3V, the red indicator starts flashing. The product will turn off when the voltage is below 7V.
Maximum usage time: The product automatically stops when it is used continuously for 15 minutes. To restart, press the power button for 2 seconds and set the desired speed by pressing the speed button.

MAINTENANCE AND CLEANING

Clean the product with a damp, clean cloth and dry it well. Do not use abrasive or aggressive cleaning agents.

STORAGE

Store the product in a clean and dry place. Do not store the device in extremely high or extremely low temperatures.

DISPOSAL – RECYCLE
Think about the environment and contribute to a cleaner living environment! This product is subject to the European Directive (EU) 2012/19/EU. At the end of its service life, do not dispose of the product with normal household waste, but deliver it to a collection point designated by the authorities for recycling.

Product defects have to be reported within 2 years from the date of purchase. This warranty does not cover damages caused by misuse or incorrect repair; parts subject to wear; defects that the customer was aware of at the time of purchase; damages or defects caused by customer neglect; or damages or defects caused by third parties.
