This product is only intended for the purposes described in the manual.
The supplier is released from liability for any injury or damage caused by
using the product outside of its intended use.
Always observe the following precautions when using ‘the Electric Coolbox’,
hereinafter referred to as ‘the product’.

General
- If this is your first time using the product, it is important to read the manual and instructions carefully.
- If the product is malfunctioning, dropped or damaged, DO NOT use the product and consult our customer service.
- Before each use, check the parts and accessories for damage or wear (cracks/breakage) that may adversely affect its operation and, if so, replace them with original or manufacturer-recommended parts and accessories.
- Do not cover the product even when it is off.
- Use the product only for the purposes indicated in this manual.
- Always use the product on a level surface and provide clearance under and around the motor housing.
- Keep the vents on the bottom of the motor housing free from dust and lint to prevent fire, never expose them to liquids or flammable materials such as newspapers, napkins, tea towels, etc.
- DO NOT disassemble, repair or restore the product.
- This may cause damage to the product. For your own safety, these parts should only be replaced by authorized service personnel.
- Always send the product to service center for repairs to avoid damage and personal injury.
- The product is suitable for indoor use only. DO NOT use the product outdoors.
- The product is designed and intended for private use. Do not use the product for commercial purposes.
- Keep the product away from heat, areas where the temperature is relatively high and heat sources such as ovens.
- Be aware of the risks and consequences associated with improper use of the product. Misuse of the product may result in personal injury and damage to the product.
- Do not move the product when it is on.
- The product is intended for domestic use only, and not: in staff kitchens, in stores, in offices and other work environments, by customers in hotels, motels and other residential environments, in bed & breakfast environments, on farms etc.
- DO NOT use the product in temperatures above55ºC.
- Do not store explosive substances such as aerosols containing flammable propellant near the product.
Persons
- This product may be used by children 8 years of age and older, provided that they are properly instructed and informed as to the safe use of the product and understand its potential hazards. Cleaning and maintenance of the product should not be erformed by children unless they are over 8 years of age and supervised. Keep the product and cord out of thereach of children under 8 years of age.
- Replace the fuse with one of equivalent value. Consult an expert to analyze why the fuse has blown before returning the unit to operation.

Use
- Always use the product with a grounded indoor 220-240 V~,50/60 Hz outlet.
- Do not cover the product when it is on. Never place pillows or blankets on or against the product. Doing so may cause a fire hazard, electric shock, personal injury or damage to the product.
- DO NOT immerse the product, power cord or plug in water. If water does get inside or on the product, turn the product off immediately and contact our customer service department. DO NOT use the product near a bathtub, shower, swimming pool, or near a (laundry) tub filled with water. DO NOT touch the product and power cord with wet hands.
- DO NOT allow the product to come into contact with water.
- DO NOT immerse the product in water. If water does get inside or on the product, turn off the product immediately and contact our customer service department.
- DO NOT use the product near objects or surfaces sensitive to heat.
- DO NOT use the product near water or flammable liquids.
- The product is not suitable for wall or recessed cabinet installation.
- If black smoke comes from the product, unplug the product immediately. Wait until the smoke is gone before removing the contents of the product and contact our customer service department.
- Never leave the product unattended when in use. DO NOT clean the product while it is still plugged in.
- Always place the product on a horizontal, level, stable and non-flammable surface.
- DO NOT touch the product with wet hands, this may cause shock or other personal injury.
- DO NOT move the product when it is on. Do not allow liquids to spill on the product to preserve its life.
- Make sure the product has a stable and safe surface to prevent the product from falling over and water from entering. Make sure the ventilation system is not blocked when the product is on. This may lead to overheating. Keep at least 10 cm of space around the ventilation grid. Make sure that the product remains horizontal when it rotates.
- The tilt angle should be less than 5 degrees for prolonged use and less than 45 degrees for short-term use.
- Keep the product stable on the ground or in the car; do not run it upside down.
- Use the product only when necessary. Do not leave the product in operation indefinitely.
- Place the unit on a dry, level surface; avoid excessive rocking and waves when on a boat. Do not use in rough seas where vibration is prominent.
- Keep the unit away from extreme heat sources or direct sunlight.
- The cooling compartments should not be filled with liquid or ice. They should be secured in a container before storage.
Electronics
- DO NOT disassemble, repair or restore the product. Doing so may cause damage to the product. For your own safety, these parts should only be replaced by authorized service personnel. Always send the product to a service center for repairs to prevent damage and personal injury.
- If the power fails during use, immediately turn off the product and unplug the power cord.
- If the surface of the product is cracked, turn off the product to avoid electric shock.
- Check both power cord and plug regularly for signs of damage or wear, and if there is any, DO NOT use the product and have the power cord and/or plug replaced or repaired by authorized service personnel.

- Do not use an extension cord. Make sure the product is plugged into a grounded outlet to which no other appliances are connected.
- To avoid electric shock, DO NOT use the product if you suspect the power cord or plug is damaged. A damaged power cord or plug should be repaired or replaced by a professional (an authorized distributor).
- Unplug and turn off the product when not in use and before cleaning the product.
- DO NOT unplug the product by pulling the power cord. This may cause fire or electric shock.
- The product is not suitable to be operated via an external timer or a separate remote control.
- Do not leave the cable hanging over the edge of a table or countertop.
- Do not place the cable on hot surfaces or near oil.
- Should the system that controls the internal temperature fail, the overheat protection will automatically come on and the product will stop functioning. Unplug the product, let it cool down completely and restart the product.
- DO NOT insert any objects into the openings of the product. Make sure the moving parts are not blocked and nothing is pinched.
- DO NOT tuck the power cable under rugs or blankets. Make sure the cable is never in a walkway.
- Do not move the product when it is on. Always turn the product off before moving or cleaning it.
- DO NOT move the product by pulling the cord and DO NOT twist the cord.
- Before first use, remove all packing material and any stickers.
- Before connecting the product, make sure that the mains voltage indicated on the rating plate matches that of your mains supply.
- Make sure no other appliances are plugged into the same outlet, or any other outlet in the same circuit, so as not to overload the plug.
- Make sure NOT to trip over the cable and that the cable is NOT kinked, twisted, or stuck.
- Do not use electrical appliances in the food compartments of the product unless they are of the type recommended by the manufacturer.
- The unit can be operated from the AC adapter provided or directly from a 12 V/24 V power supply provided through a cigarette lighter in a vehicle, caravan or boat or at the campsite.
- Replace the fuse with one of equivalent value. Consult an expert to analyze why the fuse has blown before returning the unit to operation.
Other
- DO NOT put a cover over the product when it is on.
- Check that the refrigeration capacity of the unit is suitable for storing the food or medicine. Food should only be stored in its original packaging or in suitable containers.
- If the appliance is left empty for a long time, turn it off, defrost, clean, dry and leave the door open toprevent mold from developing inside the appliance.
Microwave, electric cooktop, voltage regulator and other electrical
appliances should not be placed on top of the product. Heavy objects and
liquid containers should also not be placed on top of the product to prevent
contact with people or liquid leakage.
In case of leakage of flammable gas, close the valve of the leak source
and try to ventilate. Do not unplug the product or operate the product in case
of fire.

Receiving Your Shipment
When receiving your shipment, make sure that the contents are consistent with the packing list. Notify your distributor of any missing items. If the equipment appears to be damaged, file a claim immediately with the carrier and notify your distributor at once, giving a detailed description of any damage. Save the damaged packing container to substantiate your claim.

Operation Instructions
First time use
In general, two types of power supplies can be used to power the product
(products with certain specifications may differ, refer to the product
nameplate for specific power supply specifications).
Remove all packaging items, including the foam pads on the bottom of the
product and the foam pads and tape (if any) used to keep accessories in the
box.
Power on and function settings
- Make sure the product function switch and the power switch are in the “OFF” position.
- Refer to the instructions for electrical connection. Plug in the power cord and turn on the power.
- Turn the mode switch to the Max position (ECO mode is an energy-saving mode, cooling performance is not good. Some models do not have this mode).
- Turn the mode switch to the cold or hot position. The light comes on (green means cold, red means hot). You will hear the fan working and the cooler is now operating.
- COLD: The cooling function is on, the green indicator light is on.
- OFF: The unit is turned off.
- HOT: The heating function is on, the red indicator light is on.
Indicator lights
- The cooling function is indicated by the green indicator light. The red indicator light indicates that tkeep warm function is on.
Caution
- The product is not designed to cool hot food or quickly reheat cold food. The product is designed to keep cold or hot food at the same temperature as it is transferred. It may take a long time to cool hot food or reheat cold food.
- If the product needs to be switched into cooling and heating functions during operation, the function switch should be set to the “OFF” position and switched after 30 minutes, otherwise the life of the product will be shortened.
- This product is suitable for cold storage of packaged foods and beverages such as fruits, vegetables and soft drinks. Fresh food should not be kept for a long time. Do not add carbonated beverages when heating to prevent cracking.
- Follow the following instructions to prevent food contamination: Opening the door (lid) for a long period of time can cause a significant increase in the temperature of the cooling compartment;
- Regularly clean surfaces that may come in contact with food and accessible drainage systems; If the product is empty for a long time, close the lid, defrost, clean, dry and keep it open to prevent mold in the refrigerator.
Energy-saving advice
- Place the product in a dry and well-ventilated place so that the product is not near a heat source and is not exposed to direct sunlight.
- High-temperature foods should be cooled to room temperature and refrigerated.
- Keep the lid of the product closed as much as possible.
Maintenance and Cleaning
- Disconnect the power supply before each cleaning, maintenance and after each use.
- When cleaning, make sure that no water enters the live part.
- Clean with a soft towel, lukewarm water or an undiluted detergent.
- Clean the door rubbers with a damp, clean cloth and dry thoroughly.
- Do not use abrasive or harsh cleaning agents.
- Do not rinse the product with water.
Storage
Store the product in a dry, clean place. Do not store the product in extremely
high or low temperatures.
The recommended storage temperature is 25˚C with humidity ≥ 75%.
If the product is not going to be used for an extended period of time, follow
these instructions:
- Turn off the product.
- Remove all parts inside the product.
- Dry all moisture inside the product with a clean cloth.
- Store the product in a dry, clean place.
- Leave the lid slightly open to prevent unpleasant odors and mold.
Troubleshooting

We provide a 2-year warranty on its products. To obtain service during the warranty period, the product needs to be returned with a proof of purchase. Product defects have to be reported within 2 years from the date of purchase. This warranty does not cover: damages caused by misuse or incorrect repair; parts subject to wear; defects that the customer was aware of at the time of purchase; damages or defects caused by customer neglect; damages or defects caused by third parties.
