Safety Instructions

Do not listen at high volume levels for long periods to prevent hearing damage.

Switching On the Product

Press and hold the multi-function button A4 for 3 seconds to switch on the product. The LED indicator should blink blue to indicate successful power on.

Controlling Volume

Use the volume up / next track button A3 or the volume down / previous track button A5 to control the volume.

Controlling the Microphone

To control the microphone, refer to image B in the manual.

Using Voice Assistant

Press and hold the multi-function button A4 for 2 seconds to launch Siri, Cortana, or Google Assistant.

Switching Off the Product

Press and hold the multi-function button A4 for 3 seconds to switch off the product.

Troubleshooting

Problem: The product does not switch on.

Possible Cause: The product is not charged.

Possible Solution: Charge the product.

Disposal

The product is designated for separate collection at an appropriate collection point. Do not dispose of the product with household waste. Contact the retailer or local waste management authority for more information.

Intended use

  • This product is a an on-ear headset with an adjustable microphone.
  • This product can be connected to up to two devices using a Bluetooth wireless connection. The product is intended for indoor use only.
  • Any modification of the product may have consequences for safety, warranty, and proper functioning.
  • This product can be used by children aged 8 years and above and persons with reduced physical, sensory, or mental capabilities or lack of experience and knowledge if they have been given supervision or instruction concerning the use of the product in a safe way and understand the hazards involved. Children shall not play with the product. Cleaning and user maintenance shall not be done by children without supervision.
  • The product is not intended for professional use.
  • This product is intended for use in household environments for typical housekeeping functions that may also be used by non-expert users for typical housekeeping functions, such as shops, offices other similar working environments, farmhouses, by clients in hotels, motels, and other residential type environments and/or in bed and breakfast type environments.

  • Do not open the product, there are no user-serviceable parts inside.
  • Do not use the product if a part is damaged or defective. Replace a damaged or defective product immediately.
  • Do not drop the product and avoid bumping.
  • Do not expose the product to water or moisture.
  • The product is delivered with a partially charged battery. For optimal battery life, fully charge the battery before using the product for the first time.
  • To prevent possible hearing damage, do not listen at high volume levels for long periods.
  • Using headphones with both ears covered while participating in traffic is discouraged and may be illegal in some areas.
  • Some wireless products may interfere with implantable medical devices and other medical equipment, such as pacemakers, cochlear implants and hearing aids. Consult the manufacturer of your medical equipment for more information.
  • Do not use the product at locations where the use of wireless devices is prohibited due to potential interference with other electronic devices, which may cause safety hazards.
  • Do not leave a battery on prolonged charge when not in use.
  • Stop the charging process if the product gets too warm.
  • Only power the product with the voltage corresponding to the markings on the product.
  • Children of less than 8 years should be kept away.
  • Do not allow children to clean the product without supervision.

Charging the product

  1. Plug the USB-C – USB-A cable Aq into the USB-C port A8.
  2. Plug the other end of the USB-C – USB-A cable Aq into a computer or power adapter. Use the USB-C – USB-A adapter A9 when needed.

The indicator LED A7 lights up red when the battery is charging.
The indicator LED A7 switches off when the battery is fully charged.
The product cannot be used while charging.

Switching on the product

Press and hold the multi-function button A4 for 3 seconds to switch on the product.
Pairing the headphones to a Bluetooth audio source
The indicator LED A7 blinks red and blue to indicate pairing mode is active.
The headphone voice says “Pairing”.

  1. Activate Bluetooth® on your audio source and connect with the product (CHSTB310BK).
  2. The indicator LED A7 blinks blue to indicate pairing is successful.

Pairing the headphones to a second Bluetooth audio source

  1. 1. Deactivate Bluetooth® on your first audio source.
    The indicator LED A7 blinks red and blue to indicate pairing mode is active.
    2. Activate Bluetooth® on your audio source and connect with the product (CHSTB310BK).
    3. The indicator LED A7 blinks blue to indicate pairing is successful.
    4. Activate Bluetooth® on your first audio source and connect with the product CHSTB310BK.

Both of the audio sources are now connected to the product.

Controlling the music

  • • Press and hold the volume up / next track button A3 for 2 seconds to skip to the next track.
    • Press and hold the volume down / previous track button A5 for 2 seconds to replay the previous track.
    • Press the power multi-function button A4 to play or pause the music.

Controlling the microphone (image B)

Making a call

The headphones can be used to make phone calls if they are connected to a phone.

  • • Press the multi-function button A4 to answer a call.
    • Press and hold the multi-function button A4 for 2 seconds to reject a call.
    • Press the multi-function button A4 during a call to hang up.

Using voice assistant

Press and hold the multi-function button A4 for 2 seconds to launch Siri, Cortana, or Google Assistant.

Switching off the product

Press and hold the multi-function button A4 for 3 seconds to switch off the product.

Troubleshooting

The audio is not working.| –  The product is not connected to the audio source.

–  The volume is low.

| –  Connect the product to the audio source.

–  Press the Volume up / next track button

The product is not charging.| –  The USB-C – USB-A cable A q is damaged.

–  The product is not fully plugged.

–  There is no power.

| –  Replace the USB-C – USB-A cable.

–  Make sure both ends of the cable are plugged properly.

–  Change the power source.
