Q1: Unable to use the product with an iPhone.

Matter connecting TX and RX, the RX receiver can be used with phones that have
a 3.5mm port using a TRS to TRRS cable.
- For phones without a 3.5mm port, you need to use a TRS to Type-C cable for connection.
- Some brands of phones (e.g., VIVO, OPPO) require enabling OTG function in the phone’s general settings before using external devices.
Q3: The product does not charge when placed in the charging case.
A3:
- Check if the protective film on the charging contacts at the back of the product has been removed.
- Wipe the contacts of the product and the charging case to avoid poor contact caused by dust or moisture.
- Charge the charging case to see if the low battery is causing the issue.
Q4: The product cannot power on.
AA: Please check if the battery is depleted due to prolonged non-use and connect the charging cable to activate it.
Q5: The product’s audio is not being recorded properly.

of the TX transmitter or the microphone icon on the RX main interface. If mute
mode is enabled, you need to disable it.
- Check if the TX status is displayed as connected on the RX main interface. If the channel is not connected or disconnected, you need to enter the menu and use the Pair function to re-establish the connection for proper sound recording.
Q6: The product cannot enter the pairing mode.
A6:
- The product is set to the pairing mode by default, and it automatically pairs after being powered on. Frequent manual pairing is not recommended.
- If there is an issue with pairing or if pairing takes too long, try turning off the product and restarting it before attempting to pair again.
- Both RX and TX need to enter the Pair function in the menu to initiate the pairing process, and they will pair with devices within the range.
Q7: After using two sets of products simultaneously, there is a problem with cross-interference during pairing.
A7: Pairing needs to be done one by one. First, pair and connect one TX transmitter, and then proceed to pair the second TX transmitter. Simultaneous pairing of two TX transmitters is not supported. It is recommended to start one set of devices and complete the pairing process before tumming on the second set of devices.
Q8: The product cannot pair with two devices simultaneously when they are powered on.
A8: When pairing two devices simultaneously, it is recommended to tum on and pair the devices one by one. If you encounter issues with simultaneous pairing, try turning off the devices and restarting them.
Q9: The microphone has no sound.
A9: Check if the TX is in mute mode. Look at the indicator light/main
interface of the TX transmitter or the microphone icon on the main interface.
If mute mode is enabled, you need to disable it.
Q10: How to mount the product on a camera.
A10: With the back clip facing downward, insert it into the hot shoe of the
camera with the bottom of the back clip facing forward.
Q11: When connected to the camera, the sound is too loud, and there is distortion/breaking sound.
A11: Check if the connection is correct. The RX receiver should be connected to the camera’s MIC port using the LINE OUT port of the RX. Using the headphone port to connect to the camera’s MIC port may cause audio quality issues and loud volume resulting in distortion/breaking sound.
Q12: The sound is too low when connected to the camera.
A12: It is recommended to set the volume to the maximum on both TX and RX. If the sound is still too low, adjust the recording level in the camera’s recording settings to an appropriate level.
Q13: There is no sound when using the matching connection cable with the camera.
A13: When connecting the RX receiver to the camera, use a 3-pole to 3-pole cable. When connecting to a phone, use a 3-pole to 4-pole cable. Please ensure that you are using the correct cable.
Q14: The sound is intermittent with noise when connected to the camera.
A14: Check if the cable connection is stable and there is no abnormal looseness. Adjust the cable position, and it is recommended to keep the cable away from the camera screen or phone to avoid interference issues. If the problem persists, consider replacing the connection cable.
