Intended use
The Nedis TVRC2340BK is a universal remote control to replace the original remote of your device. This product is intended for indoor use only. Any modification of the product may have consequences for safety, warranty and proper functioning. The product is not intended for professional use.

Do not use aggressive chemical cleaning agents when cleaning the product.

Do not expose batteries to heat or fire. Avoid storage in direct sunlight.

In the event of a cell leaking, do not allow the liquid to come in contact with the skin or eyes. If contact has been made, wash the affected area with copious amounts of water and seek medical advice.

Properly dispose of empty cells or batteries.

Seek medical advice immediately if a cell or a battery has been swallowed.

Only use the battery type(s) recommended in this document.

Keep cells and batteries clean and dry.

Do not short-circuit a cell or battery.

Do not use old and new batteries together.

Make sure that the battery polarity (+/-) matches the polarity markings inside the battery compartment.

When possible, remove the battery from the product when not in use.
Before first use
Newer Samsung, LG, Sony, Philips, and Panasonic TVs should work directly.
- Insert 2 type AAA batteries.
- Aim the remote at your device.
- Press the on/off button A1 or the mute button A4 to test the product.
4If your device switches on or mutes, the remote is ready for use.
4If your device does not switch off or mute, follow the steps in the next chapter.
Programming the product to the device with a code

Switch on your device.
-
Open the code list.
4You can find the code list via the support page of the product. -
Search for the code for your device in the code list.
4The codes are arranged in order of brand, device, type. -
Press and hold the button corresponding to your device (TV/SAT/DVD/DVB-T A 13141516) for 3 seconds.
4The LED indicator A4 lights up. -
Enter the code from the code list.
4If the LED indicator A4 switches off, the code is correct. 4If the LED indicator A4 flashes twice and stays on, the code has been declined. Repeat the previous steps using another code. -
Aim the remote at your device.

Press the on/off button A1 or the mute button A4 to test the product.
4If your device switches on or mutes, the remote is ready for use.
4If the device does not switch off or mute, repeat steps 4-5 using another
code.
4If no buttons are pressed for 30 seconds, the remote exits programming mode
and the LED switches off.
Programming the product to the device manually

Switch on your device.

Press and hold the button corresponding to your device (TV/SAT/DVD/DVB-T A 13141516) for 3 seconds.
4The LED indicator A4 lights up. -
Aim the remote at your device.

Press the channel up button A5 to try the next code and press the channel down button A6 to try the previous code.
4When your device switches off, the code is correct. -
Press the OK button Aw to confirm.
4The LED indicator A4 switches off and the code is saved. -
Aim the remote at your device.

Press the on/off button A1 or the mute button A4 to test the product.
4If your device switches on or mutes, the remote is ready for use.
4If your device does not switch off or mute, follow the steps in the next chapter.
4If no buttons are pressed for 30 seconds, the remote exits programming mode and the LED switches off.
Automatic search

Switch on your device.

Press and hold the button corresponding to your device
(TV/SAT/DVD/DVB-T A 13141516) for 3 seconds.
4The LED indicator A4 lights up. -
Aim the remote control at your device and press and hold the on/off button A1 for 3 seconds.
4The LED indicator A4 flashes once every 2 seconds when a new code is sent out.
4When your device switches off, the code is correct. -
Press the OK button Aw to confirm.
4The LED indicator A4 switches off and the code is saved. -
Aim the remote at your device. 6. Press the on/off button A1 or the mute button A4 to test the product.
4If your device switches on or mutes, the remote is ready for use.
4If your device does not switch off or mute, follow the steps in the next chapter.
Automatic search for TV/SAT

Switch on your TV or SAT.
-
Press and hold the button corresponding to your device (TV/SAT A 1516) for 3 seconds.
-
Aim the remote at your device.
-
Press and hold the mute button A4.
4The LED indicator A4 flashes rapidly while trying multiple codes.
4After one batch of codes, the LED indicator A4 lights up for 15 seconds and then switches off.
4When your device is muted, the correct code has been found within the batch of codes. -
Release the mute button A4.
4Every 3 seconds, the product tries one of the codes from the batch to find the correct code. -
When your device is unmuted again, press the OK button Aw to confirm.
4The LED indicator A4 switches off and the code is saved. -
Aim the remote at your device. 8. Press the on/off button A1 or the mute button A4 to test the product.
4If your device switches on or mutes, the remote is ready for use.
4If your device does not switch off or mute, follow the steps in the next chapter.
Automatic brand search

Switch on your device.
-
Open the code list.
4The codes are arranged in order of brand, device, type. -
Check if the brand of your device is listed.
-
Check what button corresponds to your brand.
-
Press and hold the button corresponding to your device
(TV/SAT/DVD/DVB-T A 13141516) for 5 seconds. -
Press and hold the buttons corresponding to your brand together for 5 seconds.
-
Release the buttons when the LED indicator A4 flashes 3 times.
-
Aim the remote at your device.
-
Press and hold the on/off button A1.
-
Every second, the product tries a new code.
-
When your device switches off, the code is correct.
-
Release the on/off button A1.
4The LED switches off and the code is saved. -
Aim the remote at your device.
-
Press the on/off button A1 or the mute button A4 to test the product.
4If your device switches on or mutes, the remote is ready for use.
4If the device does not switch off or mute, repeat steps 1-12 using another code.
Verify a code
-
Press and hold the button corresponding to your device (TV/SAT/DVD/DVB-T A 13141516 ).
4The LED indicator A4 flashes once. -
Press and hold the button corresponding to your device (TV/SAT/DVD/DVB-T A13141516) and the OK button Aw for 3 seconds.
4The LED indicator A4 flashes each digit of the code with a 1 second pause in between. (e.g: 3 flashes for number 3)
Customising streaming app buttons
-
Press the button corresponding to the app (Netflix/Disney+/ Prime Video/Youtube A789q) again.
4The LED flashes once. -
Press and hold the button corresponding to the app (Netflix/Disney+/Prime Video/Youtube A789q) for 5 seconds. Release when the LED indicator A4 lights up.

Launch the corresponding app through the menu using the arrow keys and OK button Aw.
-
Press and hold the button corresponding to the app (Netflix/Disney+/Prime Video/Youtube A789q) until the LED indicator A4 switches off.
4The button is now mapped to the selected app and launches the app when pressed.
4Any newly programmed functions will cover previously programmed functions.
Delete customised streaming app buttons
- Press and hold the button corresponding to the app (Netflix/Disney+/Prime Video/Youtube A789q) for 5 seconds. Release when the LED indicator A4 flashes twice.
- Press the button corresponding to the app (Netflix/Disney+/ Prime Video/Youtube A789q) again.
4The LED indicator A4 switches off and the button is reset to factory default.
Resetting the product
Press and hold the OK button Aw and the exit button Ae for 5 seconds.
4The LED flashes three times to indicate the product is reset.
Any paired devices have been removed.
Disposal
The product is designated for separate collection at an appropriate collection point. Do not dispose of the product with household waste. For more information, contact the retailer or the local authority responsible for the waste management.
