INTRODUCTION
Cool jobsites, workshops, garages, warehouses and other large spaces with this 3-speed wall-mount oscillating fan. It outputs 7,150 CFM of airflow, sports aluminum blades, metal housing and 5-15 NEMA plug.

WORKAREA
- Operate in a safe work environment. Keep your work area clean, well- lit and free of distractions. Place lights so you are not working in a shadow.
- Keep anyone not wearing the appropriate safety equipment away from the work area.
- Store tools properly in a safe and dry location. Keep tools out of the reach of children.
- Do not install or use in the presence of flammable gases, dust or liquids.

- Disconnect the device from the power supply before making any adjustments, changing accessories, cleaning, servicing or when storing. Such preventive safety measures reduce the risk of starting the device accidentally.
- Protect yourself against electric shocks when working on electrical equipment. Avoid body contact with grounded surfaces. There is an increased chance of electrical shock if your body is grounded.

POWER CORD
- Insert the power cord plug directly to the power supply whenever possible. Use extension cords or surge protectors only when the device’s power cord cannot reach a power supply from the work area.
- If an extension cord must be used, the cord must be a minimum 14 AWG and rated not less than 1,875 W.
- Do not operate this device if the power cord is frayed, damaged or poorly spliced, as an electric shock may occur, resulting in personal injury or property damage.
- Inspect the device’s power cord for cracks, fraying or other faults in the insulation or plug before each use.
- Discontinue use if a power cord feels more than comfortably warm while operating the device.
- Keep all connections dry and off the ground to reduce the risk of electric shock. Do not touch the plug with wet hands.

UNPACKING
WARNING! Do not operate the tool if any part is missing. Replace the missing part before operating. Failure to do so could result in a malfunction and personal injury. Remove the parts and accessories from the packaging and inspect for damage.

ASSEMBLY & INSTALLATION
NOTICE! It is the user’s responsibility to be sure that the location and the wall surface can handle the weight of this fan.
Letter references in parenthesis (A) refer to the included Identification Key. Dashed numbers in parenthesis (Fig. 1-1) refer to a specific point in an illustration or image.
- Choose a location that can support the weight of the fan and that is near a power outlet.
- Use the wall bracket (K) as a template for marking the intended drill holes on the mounting surface.
- Drill holes through the mounting surface.
- Drill completely through steel with a 9/32 in. drill bit at the pre-marked locations. Attach the wall bracket to the mounting surface with the included M8 screws (G) or 1/4 in.-20 hex bolts, 1/4 in. flat washers, 1/4 in. lock washers and 1/4 in. hex nuts.
- Mount the fan to a masonry surface with 1/4 in. expansion type bolts or 1/4 in. masonry lag screws with shields that are designed to handle the weight of this fan (Fig. 1-3). Drill holes at pre-marked locations using an appropriately sized drill bit as recommended for the fastener.
- Unscrew both bracket screws (Fig. 1-2 and 1-4).
- Slide the fan support (Fig. 1-1) into the wall bracket’s receivers. Align the bolt holes in the receivers with the fan support bolt holes.
- Tighten both screws until they pass into the fan support (1).9. Remove all four screws from the motor’s (E) front housing and set aside.
10. Separate the front (B) and rear guard (D) by removing the security screw and opening the clips.
11. Position the rear grill so the bolt holes in the centre ring align with the motor’s bolt holes. Make sure the security screw bolt hole is positioned at the lowest point.
12. Reinsert the four screws and tighten until the rear grill is secure.
13. Loosen the collar screw on the fan blades (C). Slide it onto the motor shaft until it is seated. Tighten the collar screw to secure the blades.
14. Place the front grill onto the rear grill and align the bolt holes. Use the clips to hold the grills together then insert the screw and tighten.
OPERATION
- Plug the fan directly into a properly grounded wall outlet.
- Adjust the airflow upward or downward by loosening the pivot nut and tilting the fan then tightening the pivot nut.
- The fan has three speeds and an OFF setting. Each pull of the right string increases the speed setting one step from OFF, Low, High and back to OFF.
- The left string will turn the oscillation ON or OFF with each pull.
CARE & MAINTENANCE
- Maintain the tool with care. A tool in good condition is efficient, easier to control and will have fewer problems.
- Inspect the tool components periodically. Repair or replace damaged or worn components. Only use identical replacement parts when servicing.
- Maintain the tool’s labels and name plates. These carry important information. If unreadable or missing, contact Princess Auto Ltd. for replacements.
- Do not unseal the motor. It does not require any interior maintenance or cleaning. The Internal motor bearings are permanently lubricated at the factory and do not require any additional lubrication.
WARNING! Only qualified service personnel should repair the tool. An improperly repaired tool may present a hazard to the user and/or others.
CLEANING
- Unplug the device before cleaning.
- Slightly moisten a clean cloth and wipe off the surfaces of the fan. Do not use any harsh chemicals or abrasive cleaners.
- Use a vacuum cleaner to remove dust from the grill.
DISPOSAL
Recycle a tool damaged beyond repair at the appropriate facility. Contact your
local municipality for a list of disposal facilities or by-laws for electronic
devices, batteries, oil or other toxic liquids.
TROUBLESHOOTING
Visit a Princess Auto Ltd. location for a solution if the tool does not function properly or parts are missing. If unable to do so, have a qualified technician service the tool.
