Product Profile
P2 SMARTPAD connects to a POS system to provide a payment interface during the transaction process and supports reading contactless cards, magstripe cards, smart cards, 1D/2D code, and entering passwords.
Power Supply Method
Support the following methods to power on the device:
- Power adapter, by connecting it to the DC port of the communication cable.
- Powered USB.
- PoE(Optional).
- Powered RS232.
- Optional：Stylus Pen & Camera
（Used for scanning 1D/2D barcodes or taking photos; To scan barcodes or take photos, point the object at the camera.）
Precautions
Safety Warnings
- Place the AC plug into the AC outlet that corresponds to the marked input on the accessory power adapter.
- This is a Class B product. In the living environment, this product may cause radio interference. In such cases, the user may be required to take practical measures against the interference.
Important Safety Instructions
- Avoid installation or use during periods of lightning. Otherwise, there is a risk of being struck by lightning.
- Turn off the power immediately if you notice unusual odors, overheating, or fumes.
- When you notice an unusual smell, overheating or smog, turn off the power immediately.
Recommendations
- Do not use in extremely hot or cold environments, such as near fires or lit cigarettes.
- Do not drop, throw or bend the product.
- Use in a clean and dust-free environment to avoid small items falling into the terminal.
- Do not use near medical equipment without permission.
