Product Usage Instructions
Step 1: Download and Set-up
- Download and install the Teltonika Energy app from Google Play or App Store.
Step 2: Pair TeltoCharge with a Smart Device
- Enable Bluetooth on your smart device.
- Turn on the Teltonika Energy app.
- Press the “Add new device” button within the first 5 minutes after the charging station is turned on.
- If pairing is needed after the initial 5 minutes, reboot TeltoCharge.
- You can pair multiple TeltoCharge EV chargers with the same smart device. To add a new one, swipe right and press the “Add new device” button.
- After pressing the “Add new device” button, wait until your phone finds a TeltoCharge device and select an EV charger from the list.
- A pairing table will appear, requiring a code to complete the pairing process.
- Insert the last 6 digits of the security code to pair your phone with the EV charger.
Step 3: Finish App Setup
- If pairing is successful, you will be redirected to the First setup wizard.
- In the First setup wizard, you will be asked to:
- Change your TeltoCharge device name.
- Set your local currency.
- Set the average electricity price per kWh.
- Press the “Continue” button.
- Press the “Confirm” button.
- To add your local currency, press the “currency section” >> “other” >> “write your own local currency”.
Step 4: Installer Menu
- To access the installer’s menu, open the TeltoCharge menu and go to the settings at the top right corner.
- In the settings menu, select “Installer menu”.
- An installer is required to type in the security code found on the middle plate of a TeltoCharge device to open the installer’s menu.
Step 5: Max Power from Grid
- For safety reasons, the max power from grid value is initially set to 10 A for new devices.
- The max power from grid value should be changed during the first setup of the unit.
Step 6: TeltoCharge is Configured and Ready to Charge
TeltoCharge is in standby mode and waiting for action.

DOWNLOAD APP
DOWNLOAD A TELTONIKA ENERGY APP CHOOSE LANGUAGE:
- First thing you should do is to download and install Teltonika Energy app.
- The app is necessary to access and manage smart features of your EV charger.
- Teltonika Energy app is available for download on Google Play and App StoreStore.
PAIRING
PAIR TELTOCHARGE WITH A SMART DEVICE
- Enable Bluetooth on your smart device.
- Turn on the Teltonika Energy app.
- Press the Add new device button.
Note: Pairing process is available to do only in first 5 minutes when charging station is turned ON (after that, you will need to re-boot TeltoCharge to do the pairing).
Note: With the same smart device you can pair more than one TeltoCharge
EV chargerss. To add a new one, swipe right and press „Add new device“ button
.
- After you press “Add new device button, wait until your phone finds a Teltocharge device. Then select an EV charger from the list.
- After a few seconds a pairing table will pop up requiring a code to complete the pairing process.
- Insert last 6 digits of the security code to pair a phone with the EV charger charger.
FINISH APP SETUP
If successfully paired you will be redirected to First setup wizard. Here you
will be asked to:
- Change your TeltoCharge device name.
- Set you local currency.
- Set average electricity price for kWh.
- Press “Continue button.
- Press “Confirm button.
To add your local currency, press currency section>>other>>write your own local currency.
INSTALLER MENU
- To access installer’s menu, open the TeltoCharge menu and go to the settings at the top right corner.
- .In the settings menu, select “Installer menu
- To open installer’s menu, an installer is required to type in the security code. The security code sticker could be found on the middle plate of a TeltoCharge device.
INSTALLER MENU /MAX POWER FROM GRID
- This value sets maximum current that an EV charger can use depending on the other site appliances load, change it according your power networks.
- Max allowed value – 32 A (7.68 kW);
- “Save” the settings.
Note: With Due the safety reason Max power from grid value is 10 A for new devices, and should be changed during first setup of the unit.
