Presentation

  • The R-UPR series is a line interactive No-break (UPS).
  • When the electric flow is normal, the UPS protects against over tension, while using the energy to recharge the internal battery.
  • In situations where the flow presents electrical problems, the UPS is capable of supplying immediate alternate current to the connected devices.

Installation and Operation

  1. Check the UPS when received. The packaging is recyclable, keep it to reuse or dispose of it correctly
  2. The power cord at the back panel must be connected to a wall outlet, please remember that the voltage must be the same as the UPS. If the UPS is 220v, the wall outlet must be 220v
  3. The power cord of your devices (as a computer) must be connected to the outlets on the back panel
  4. While the UPS is connected to the electrical fluid, press the main button for 3 seconds
  5. Connect the devices, such as a computer or a monitor, directly to the back panel outlets of the UPS
  6. Turning off the UPS: Press the main button of the UPS for 3 seconds. The UPS will turn off.

Warning!

  • The maximum consumption, must not exceed 100% of the rated power, depending on the model
  • Press the main button of the UPS for 3 seconds; the green LED will turn on to indicate normal operation
  • If the UPS has not been used during a period longer than 3 months, should be connected to the wall outlet for a minimum of 6 hours to recharge the battery, before use.
  • This model cannot be adapted to an external battery for longer use
  • This UPS will supply clean energy while is plugged into an AC outlet
  • When the UPS is connected, the battery will charge automatically without pressing the main button. Due to this is normal that the temperature of the UPS increase.
  • (Designed to use with computers. Not recommended for lineal loads)

Troubleshooting
