Product Usage Instructions

Pairing the Earphones

1. Make sure the headphones are turned off.
2. Hold the multifunction button until the light blinks red and blue (about 3 seconds) to enter pairing mode.
3. On your mobile device, scan for and select “iLuv FitActive Jet” to complete the pairing process.
4. A voice prompt will confirm the successful pairing and the earbuds will be connected.
5. A blinking blue light every 4 seconds indicates that the earbuds are connected.

Playing Music

1. Once the headphones are paired, open your music app on your mobile device.
2. To play or pause the music, click the multifunction button on the FitActive Jet.
3. To adjust the volume, click the “+” button to increase or the “-” button to decrease the volume.
4. When the earbuds reach the maximum or minimum volume, a voice prompt will indicate it.

Answering and Ending Calls

1. When you receive an incoming call, the light on the earphones will blink rapidly.
2. To answer the call, click the multifunction button once.
3. To hang up the call, click the multifunction button again.
4. To mute or unmute the call, hold the multifunction button.

Additional Call Functions

1. To redial the last number called, double-click the multifunction button (only available when not in a call).

Power on

1. Turn on Bluetooth® on your smartphone.
2. Hold the multifunction button on FitActive Jet for 1 second from Power off mode.
3. The earbuds will automatically search for the device last device paired.
   • a. Light blinks rapidly.
4. If the earbuds find the device and reconnect successfully, then the light will blink every 4 seconds.
   • a. Voice prompt: “Device connected”.

Power off

1. Hold the multifunction button for 4 seconds until you hear a beep.
   • a. Voice prompt: “Power off”.
   • b. A red light will blink 3 times.

MUSIC

1. Once paired, open music app.

2. Click multifunction button on FitActive Jet to play.

3. Click multifunction button again to pause.

4. Click ‘+’ button to increase volume.
   When the earbuds reach maximum volume, a voice prompt will indicate “Maximum volume”.

5. Hold ‘+’ button to select next track.

6. Click ‘ㅡ’ button to decrease volume.
   When the earbuds reach the minimum volume, a voice prompt will indicate “Minimum Volume”.

7. Hold ‘ㅡ’ button to move to the beginning of the track.

CALLS

1. When you receive an incoming call, the light will blink rapidly.
2. Click multifunction button to answer the call.
   • a. Blue light will blink.
3. Click multifunction button again to hang up.
4. Hold ‘ㅡ’ button to mute.
5. Hold ‘ㅡ’ button again to unmute.
6. Click ‘+’ button to increase the volume during call.
   • When the earbuds reach maximum volume, a voice prompt will indicate “Maximum volume”.
7. Click ‘ㅡ’ button to decrease the volume during call.
   • When the earbuds reach minimum volume, a voice prompt will indicate “Minimum Volume”.
8. Double-click the multifunction buttonto redial the last number called (only available when not in a call).
   • a. Voice prompt says “Last number redialed”.
9. Hold the multifunction button for a moment to decline when you receive an incoming call.
   • a. Voice prompt : “Call rejected”.
10. Call waiting function.
    • a. This function only applies to the currently paired device (It may or may not be supported by your carrier).
    • b. Double-click multifunction button to hang up current call and pick up new incoming call.
    • c. Click multifunction button to place current call on hold and pick up incoming call.
    • d. Click multifunction button to switch between new and current call.
11. Call switching between mobile device and FitActive Jet.
    • a. During conversation hold multifunction button for 1 second to switch the call between mobile device and FitActive Jet.
    • b. There will be a beep sound.

1. While charging, a red light will be on.
2. When fully charged, a blue light will be on.

Auto reconnection

1. If the earbuds exit the Bluetooth range of the mobile device, a blue light will blink every 0.5 seconds, which indicates that the earbuds are attempting to reconnect to the device.

2. If the earbuds come back into Bluetooth® range within 3 minutes, they will reconnect automatically.

TROUBLESHOOTING

When the battery is completely drained while not in use for a long period, try charging it a few times as it will resume its normal charging process. Restart the charging process if the charging indicator does not respond or is turned off after a few minutes.

OBTAINING WARRANTY SERVICE
Customers must obtain a Customer Return Authorization number (CRA) on our web site, www.iLuv.com (EXPRESS CUSTOMER SUPPORT) to obtain a ticket. Fill out the on-line form including the product’s Date of Purchase, its Model Number, a brief description of the problem, and your daytime telephone number, or customers in the United States and Canada may contact our Customer Service Department at 866-807-5946 if the problem appears to be related to a defect in material or workmanship.

RETURNING YOUR PRODUCT
The product must be accompanied with a dated proof of purchase, indicating the place of purchase, the model, and amount paid. Send the unit, prepaid, to the address below in suitable protective packaging that meets UPS standards. You must include the CRA number on the outside box, and your telephone number and return shipping address within the package. Return shipments are at the customer’s expense, and the return must be accompanied by the original proof of purchase. We strongly recommend insuring the shipment as appropriate because the customer is responsible for the product until it arrives at iLuv (for U.S. returns) or its authorized distributor (for all other countries).
