Sports Smart Watch
Thank you for choosing our company’s smart watch. By reading this manual, you can fully understand how to use the device. The device is mainly used by connecting to your phone via Bluetooth, providing a variety of practical functions and services to make it convenient for you to operate your phone, and has developed many functions for human sports and health. Our company reserves the right to modify the content in this manual without prior notice, and will not notify separately.

Operating instructions:

Open the package and follow the steps to connect the strap to the smartwatch

Up and down keys: function machine: single press to return; Double press to switch UI style, with encoder knob, long press the lower left button of the switch, and click to enter the motion mode

Open H wear Pro on your phone to set up your device

Supports wireless charging. Place the watch on the charging discfor charging. Supports USB charging from a computer or a 5V standard charger for mobile phones.

Pairing connection:

(Internal: H wear, External: H wear Pro)

Download the “H wear Pro APP” to your phone and install it in two ways;
IOS/Andriod phone users: Scan the QR code on the right with your phone browser, or use WeChat to scan it. After opening the interface, select Android/IOS in the interface, and then use the mobile browser to download;
For Android phones, search for “H wear Pro” on the application treasure, Google Play, and various mobile phone application stores. For Apple phones, search for “H wear” on the App Store to download.
Tips:
The phone system requires Android 5.0 (inclusive) or above, IOS 10 (inclusive) or above.
During the installation process, all permissions need to be selected to agree, otherwise it may affect the function.
Connect to Bluetooth. First, open the “H wear APP” and turn on the Bluetooth on your phone.
The H wear APP will prompt you to enable it, click “OK”. On the device page of the APP, click “Scan Device” to search for the watch’s Bluetooth address or Bluetooth name, select and connect it.
Tips: Some Android phone systems need to turn on the phone GPS to find the Bluetooth name of the watch.

Main function introduction:

Encoder: The standby interface’s rotating button can switch the dial, and you can scroll up and down in the secondary menu; the full-star style menu can be zoomed in and out, and after the interface is maximized, you can enter the application in the middle of the interface.
Split-screen: Swipe right in the dial interface to enter the split-screen function, and you can quickly enter the corresponding function. Dial push: You can push APP pointer dials, digital dials, and custom dials.
Dial pad: Connect BT3.0, the watch can enter the phone number for dialing, and realize the calling function.
Call log: The watch call log list, click on the object to be dialed, and the phone will be dialed. Phone book: You can connect the APP to add contacts on the mobile phone and synchronize them to the watch.
Step information: You can view the number of steps walked, calories burned, and distance walked today. The data will be saved every day at 24:00 and reset.
QR Code: The watch can be connected to the app and can push notifications from various third-party apps to the watch, such as WeChat, QQ, Alipay, Other, H wear App, Twitter, Skype, TALK, Telegram, Douyin, LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, Weibo, Line, Tim, Snapchat, Viber, and PayPal. Third-party app QR codes can also be scanned on the watch to add friends and receive payments.
Connecting to the app: By scanning the QR code using a third-party tool, the app can be downloaded. By using the “scan” function within the app, the watch can be connected and bound to the app.
Always-on display: The watch’s hands can be set to be always on for a certain amount of time. Screen-off time: The length of time before the screen automatically turns off can be adjusted. Wrist-lift display: The wrist-lift display can be turned on or off on the watch. When it’ s turned on, the watch will automatically light up when the user raises their wrist. When it’s turned off, the watch won’t automatically light up and will require a button press.
Brightness adjustment: The screen brightness can be adjusted according to the user’s needs. Do not disturb mode: The watch can be put into “Do Not Disturb” mode directly from the watch. Vibration strength: When the watch’s vibration is turned off, there will be no vibration alerts for incoming messages.
Language switching: The language of the watch can be switched on the watch itself. Factory reset: Clicking “Factory Reset” will delete all data on the watch, so use with caution. Restart: Enter to perform a restart on the smartwatch.
Power off: Enter to power off the smartwatch. About: View the smartwatch model, software version, and Mac address.
Battery charging icon: When the battery level on the smartwatch is below 10%, a low battery prompt screen will appear; when the smartwatch is plugged into the charger, there will be a charging in progress screen and a fully charged screen.
Sedentary reminder display: When the smartwatch is connected to the app, you can set the interval time, threshold, and response time period for sedentary reminders on the app.
Drink water reminder display: When the smartwatch is connected to the app, you can set the interval time, threshold, and response time period for drink water reminders on the app.

Warranty statement:

  1. If there are product quality problems caused by manufacturing, materials, design, etc. during normal use of this product, the motherboard is free of charge for one year from the date of purchase, and the battery and charger are free of charge for six months.

  2. Free repairs are not provided for faults caused by personal use, such as:
    1.Faults caused by unauthorized disassembly, modification of the smartwatch, etc.
    2.Faults caused by accidental dropping during use.
    3.Any damage caused by human factors or thirdparty negligence, misuse (such as water damage to the main unit, external force cracking, scratches on peripheral components), are not covered by the warranty.

  3. When requesting free repairs, you must provide the warranty card filled with the purchase date and purchase location stamp.
